Originally formed in 2006, CESO was reimagined in 2015 under the leadership of Lance Libengood. With a vision of creative and comprehensive support for school operations - the roots of our tagline, "Rethink Possible" - the team brought a new level of stability and expertise to transportation services... Since then, CESO has expanded to include communications, technology, finance, and HR support as part of its robust offering and is led by co-CEOs Ron Meyer and Ryan Stromberg. We're proud to partner with clients across 34 states and two Canadian provinces...
