CUTGRADE CARPENTRY - Key Persons
Anthony Collis is a Master Carpenter with 19 years experience. His journey began with tree surgery and rustic furniture whilst doing his apprenticeship.
Following his dream of travelling he set off. On his return he spent some time working as a cabinet maker and joiner for bespoke interiors, cutting his teeth here he moved to Ireland for a spell. Here he worked for Clive Christians gaining lots of workshop and fitting experience.
On returning to the UK, he settled in London working as a manager for a kitchen company getting to grips with the other side of the business, client facing. He then set up on his own, working with architects, directly for clients and as a sub contractor for building companies.
Anthony believes functionality is key. He instantly knows what will or will not work in a space. This comes from years of experience. He has worked on all forms of carpentry be it working on a loft conversion in the depths of winter or on storage solutions in the sweltering summer heat of a small London flat.
He prides himself on marrying creativity with practicality. He is professional, efficient and thorough. And he makes difficult carpentry look easy.
