Heather Winters is the Corporate Secretary, Human Resource Director, Risk Manager, EEO Officer, and Fun Planner for Gibbs & Register. Wearing many hats is something Heather has become quite fond of! Managing the hiring process, as well as the companies various insurance programs has provided Heather with a unique perspective of our business. Since 1991, she has had the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the best in their fields. Starting out as the Runner and working her way up through multiple administrative, estimating, and assistant project management roles has provided excellent working knowledge of our office and field operations.

John Rodriguez - Chairman, President

Mark has decades of experience in accounting, finance, and operations and has held numerous executive management roles at blue-chip companies. He has spearheaded our IT efforts and has kept the Company on the leading edge of technology. He's experienced with evaluating design, construction, operational finance, and reporting procedures in a variety of industries. With extensive financial modeling and fund-raising experience he has kept the Company on firm financial ground.

Ketan Patel - VP

Woody has served in multiple roles while at Gibbs & Register, including Sr. Project Manager, Chief Estimator, Estimator, and Project Engineer. He has extensive experience bidding and managing civil construction projects across various market sectors including: water, sewer, wastewater facilities, drainage improvements, roadways, and design-build.
