Attorney Patrick H. Madden

Patrick H. Madden maddenlaw 2019-06-20T12:42:04-05:00 Attorney Patrick H. Madden is the senior member and managing partner in the firm. Attorney Madden graduated from Marquette University Law School in 1995 and for the past 20+ years has devoted the majority of his practice to helping clients through injury claims arising out of accidents involving automobiles, motorcycles, boats, snowmobiles, etc. Through his experience Patrick has developed a strong background in business, transportation and construction law. Therefore, in addition to his work helping injured people, Patrick often is often engaged by businesses (large and small) to protect them from liability, to represent them in disputes, and to help them with transitioning ownership by sale, mergers and/or acquisitions. Attorney Madden has been happily married to his wife, Maria for almost 30 years and has four children. He is an avid sportsman and volunteer and is a member, past-president or board member of the following: Dodge County Bar Association, Washington County Bar Association, Fond du Lac County Bar Association, Milwaukee Bar Association, Wisconsin Bar Association, Mayville Rotary Club, St. Mary's Catholic Church and the Mayville Area Chamber of Commerce. With approximately 40% of his practice devoted to litigation, Attorney Madden works closely with clients and the firm's experienced staff to ensure that client matters are handled efficiently and effectively.

Nolan T. Franti

Attorney Nolan T. Franti received his J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude. He has a bachelor's degree in History from the University of Montana-Missoula. While in law school, Nolan interned for Justice David T. Prosser, Jr. at the Wisconsin Supreme Court and was a law clerk at the firm of Doar, Drill & Skow in New Richmond, Wisconsin. He also was a member of the Wisconsin Law Review and was inducted into the UW Law School Pro Bono Society for his work in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. Attorney Franti is active in the Mayville community as a member of the Mayville Rotary Club. Nolan's practice at Madden Law Group involves assisting clients with a wide variety of legal issues. His areas of practice include civil litigation, real estate transactions, municipal law, and business formation and advising. A native of Rice Lake, Wisconsin, Nolan enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping in Wisconsin's great outdoors. He also likes to play guitar and read a variety of books in his free time. Nolan is licensed to practice law in all Wisconsin state courts, the United States Tax Court, and in the Western District of Wisconsin.
