Ole Tapas Bar is an award winning independent, family run restaurant, serving authentic Spanish food in Milton Keynes. Since launching in 2018 Ole Tapas Bar has become renowned with foodies across the area for serving tantalising tapas, perfect paella and traditional recipes passed down through the generations from ‘La abuela' (grandmother)... A perfect paella is a thing of beauty and the paella that we serve at Ole Tapas Bar is no exception!... At Ole Tapas Bar we divide our tapas menu into sections. We start with the Allotment where you can find all of our vegan and vegetarian tapas, freshly made every day from locally sourced produce. The Farm is where you will discover our excellent quality meat and charcuterie offering, and of course, we cannot forget the Sea, showcasing sublime maritime flavours in our traditional tapas favourites.
