Project Overview The Parkway Retail Park is situated in the Dublin Road, Limerick. It contains 162,000 sq. ft. of retail warehousing. The Park opened in 2002 and tenants consisted of: TK Maxx, Homebase, Currys, Carpet Right, Hickeys, PC World, Reid Furniture…... We are one of Ireland's leading Property Development and Capital Investment Groups. At present, the group manages and controls an investment portfolio of completed projects in joint-ventures and wholly owned vehicles and a further pipeline is at planning stage.
