Amy Frierson joined the Prince Avenue Marketing Department as an assistant in the Fall of 2014. She was hired as Director of Marketing and Communications in the Fall of 2020. Mrs. Frierson is a 1994 graduate of Berry College where she earned a degree in middle school education.
Ashley Barnett graduated from Georgia Southern University where she earned a degree in public relations and a minor in speech communications. While at GSU, Mrs. Barnett was assistant director of public relations and promotions for WVGS The Buzz Statesboro radio station, publicist for Society of America, a member of Southern Image, and a Student Government Association Senator. She was also the president of Kappa Delta Sorority where she received awards for Outstanding Leadership and Sister of the Year. Mrs. Barnett went on to serve as the director of marketing and public relations and media relations for Washington-Wilkes County, Georgia. She is currently a stay-at-home mom and volunteers at the family business, Barnett Southern Corporation.
Mrs. Barnett is married to Ames, and they have three children, two of whom are enrolled at Prince. Mrs. Barnett began her service on the board in 2022.

Becky Callaway's experience includes over thirty years of experience as a classroom teacher and administrator in Georgia public and independent schools with a concentration in elementary grades. She has served as a steering committee member for the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS), a language arts adaptation committee member, and a teacher support specialist and student-teacher supervisor.
Mrs. Callaway is a respected subject matter expert in curriculum development and biblical integration and has served in several advisory committee roles. Mrs. Callaway is a graduate of the University of Georgia with bachelor's and master's degrees in education.

A graduate of Georgia Southern University, Billy Henderson is currently the sales representative for Thomas Concrete in Athens, one of the leading suppliers of high-quality ready-mixed concrete in the southeast. Mr. Henderson is married to Terri, and they have two children, one of whom currently attends Prince and one graduate ('19). Mr. Henderson began his service on the board in 2022.

Chad Cleveland serves as the Controller for the University of Georgia and has worked at various levels in the University's business office since graduating from UGA in 1994 with a bachelor's degree in business administration in accounting.
Mr. Cleveland married his wife, LeAnn, in 1995, and they have three sons, one of whom is currently enrolled at Prince and two who are Prince alumni ('18 and '20). Mr. Cleveland began his service on the board in 2010.

Dan Knudsen joined the Prince administration in 2022. He has an extensive background in education having served as a teacher, department chair, head coach, director of athletics, assistant principal, and principal in both public and private Christian schools.
Mr. Knudsen holds a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Education from Columbia International University, a Master of Arts in Teaching and Physical Education from the University of South Carolina, and an Educational Specialist in Education Administration and Supervision from Lincoln Memorial University.

Dr. Daniel W. Gowder graduated from North Georgia College and State University in 2000 with a bachelor's degree in biology, earned his medical doctorate at the Medical College of Georgia in 2004, and completed his emergency medicine residency at Palmetto Health Richland and the University of South Carolina in 2007. Dr. Gowder is American Board of Emergency Medicine certified and has worked at Piedmont Athens Regional since 2010 in the Emergency Department. He served on active duty in the United States Air Force from 2007-2010 and has continued to serve in the Air National Guard since 2010 as a physician and has deployed worldwide. Dr. Gowder married his wife, Rachel, in 2002; they have four children all of whom attend Prince Avenue. He joined the board in 2017.

Dr. Jan Barham serves as associate dean of students and director of the Tate Student Center for the University of Georgia. She also serves as graduate faculty in the College of Education, instructing courses at the masters and doctoral level.
Dr. Barham graduated with a Bachelor of Science in communication sciences from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She then received a Master of Science degree in human development and psychological counseling from Appalachian State University and a Ph.D. in student affairs administration from the University of Georgia.
In 2004, Dr. Barham married Ed, and they have two daughters who attend Prince Avenue. Dr. Barham joined the board in 2018.

Jennifer Williams came to Prince in 2019 as a high school math teacher. In 2022, she accepted the position of Dean of Academics. Mrs. Williams has more than 20 years of experience in education having earned a Specialist in Education from Lincoln Memorial University, a Master in Education from Georgia State University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Georgia State University.

Joe Taylor has an Applied Behavior Analysis degree from Middle Georgia College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Georgia. He is the managing director and founding partner of The Avenue Wealth Management Group and a senior wealth advisor. Mr. Taylor married Hayley in 1994, and they have two children who graduated from Prince ('16 and '18). Mr. Taylor began his work with the board in 1999.

Karin Usry is the director of board relations at the University of Georgia Foundation. She graduated from the UGA with a Bachelor of Science degree in education and was part of two NCAA championship gymnastics teams in 1998 and 1999. Mrs. Usry is also honored to be the first collegiate gymnast to score a perfect 40 in all-around competition. Mrs. Usry married her husband, Mike, in 1999, and they have two children who attend Prince. She joined the board in 2021.

Kevin Turner received a bachelor's degree in family and consumer sciences/consumer economics from the University of Georgia and a master of business administration degree from Augusta State University. He is currently the operations program manager for Viasat Global Communications.
Mr. Turner is married to Brandy, and they have three daughters, all of whom attend Prince. Mr. Turner joined the board in 2022.

Kim Brannon has served as Director of Development of Prince Avenue Christian School since the Fall of 2006. Her position includes Event Coordinating and Alumni Relations. Mrs. Brannon also manages the Annual Fund as well as Capital Campaign fundraising for the school. Mrs. Brannon is also responsible to generate funds through the Georgia Tuition Tax Credit Program. Prior to joining PACS, Mrs. Brannon was on the Long-Range Planning Committee at Prince Avenue Baptist Church to develop the Prince Avenue Baptist Campus, which includes the church and school facilities. Mrs. Brannon is a true Athenian who earned a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Economics from the University of Georgia. Following graduation from UGA, she spent ten years in loans and management at Athens First Bank and Trust. She is a member of the Oconee County Chamber of Commerce. Mrs. Brannon has two children, Tyler and Allyson, both of whom are graduates from PACS. In addition, her daughter Allyson is a middle school Language Arts teacher at PACS. In her spare time, Mrs. Brannon has a talent for interior design and enjoys travel.

Lora Morris joined Prince Avenue as the Director of Finance in the Fall of 2020. Mrs. Morris a 1997 graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology. She holds a degree in management science with a certificate in finance and brings more than 20 years of experience in accounting with an emphasis on financial budgeting and analysis to Prince. Mrs. Morris currently serves as a Barrow County student mentor and secretary of the Apalachee Volleycat Booster Club.

Mr. Lee Robinson is the Director of Facilities for the Prince Avenue Baptist Campus, serving in a dual support capacity for the church and school. Prior to his arrival at Prince in 2007, he was the facilities director at Park Avenue Baptist Church and Park Avenue Christian Academy in Titusville, Florida, where he served for twenty-seven years. Now, with a total of 39 years of experience as a facilities director, Mr. Robinson leads and manages teams for buildings and grounds, janitorial, food service, and traffic coordination. In addition, as safety manager, he is responsible for building security and coordinates logistics support for all functions on the 60-acre campus. Mr. Robinson's extensive experience and knowledge provide unparalleled service to the Prince Avenue church and school communities. He is an active member of the Southern Baptist Disaster Relief Cleanup and Recovery Program, Secretary of the National Association of Church Facilities Managers (NACFM), and a recipient of the Georgia Independent School Association Distinguished Service Award.

Nick Wilbur came to Prince in 2021 as a high school Bible teacher. Prior to coming to Prince, Dr. Wilbur was a pastor for over a decade where he primarily focused on age-graded ministries. A native of Oconee County, Dr. Wilbur earned a degree in finance from the University of Georgia, a Master of Divinity from Southern Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky, and a Doctor of Ministry in Evangelism from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Scott McCall works at TRS Labs as business manager. He graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science degree in broadcasting. Mr. McCall also achieved a Master of Business Administration from the State University of New York and a Master of Arts degree from the College of Journalism at the University of Georgia.
In 1990, Scott married his wife, Christy, who was in the first graduating class of Prince Avenue. They have two children who have graduated from Prince ('14 and '17) and one daughter still enrolled at the school. Mr. McCall joined the board in 2018.

Scotty Thurmond is the founder and owner of Oconee Foundations, LLC and Georgia Pumping Services, LLC. He is also the co-owner of Precision Poured Walls, LLC. Mr. Thurmond holds an associate degree in mortuary science from Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service. Mr. Thurmond married his wife, Kasi, in 1996, and they have two daughters, one of whom graduated from Prince in 2020 and one who is a current student. Mr. Thurmond joined the board in 2021.
Stephanie Powell is a University of Georgia graduate with a bachelor's degree in early childhood education, a master's degree in educational psychology, and a specialist degree in educational leadership. Mrs. Powell is currently the vice president of Organizational Development at Joe Powell and Associates, Inc. She previously served as a teacher and assistant principal with Gwinnett County Public Schools. Mrs. Powell currently serves on the advisory board for her sorority at UGA. Her love for the Bulldogs runs deep, and she has served the university in a variety of volunteer roles including the UGA Alumni Association Board of Directors and Executive Committee, the College of Education Alumni Board, and the Redcoat Band Alumni Association.

Tommy Murray graduated from the University of Georgia in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in middle school education and in 2001 with a Master in Education in instructional technology. He is currently the senior director of talent development for Prison Fellowship where he leads a team to develop curriculum, training, performance support, and coaching experiences for volunteers, staff, prisoners, and their families. Mr. Murray married Cheryl in 2003, and they have two sons currently enrolled at Prince. He began his service on the board in 2020.

Victoria Carter was hired as the Prince Director of Admissions in July 2016. Prior to Prince, she served as Assistant Director of Admissions and Assistant Competitive Cheerleading Coach at Young Harris College and also served as Special Events Coordinator at the University of North Georgia. Mrs. Carter earned a Bachelor of Arts in History at Young Harris College and a Master of Education in History from Liberty University. She is a Leadership Oconee County graduate and Women's Leadership in Public Service graduate. Mrs. Carter is married to Chase, and they have a son and a daughter.
