Q Shop LLC is a woman-owned, small business that is currently qualified as a small business within the Minneapolis Target Business, CERT program, and Small Business Association... Employees are Q Shop's greatest asset. Q Shop has five full-time employees - several are fully cross-trained in all operations while the remaining employees are currently in the training process. Q Shop's training program is hands-on and focused on the individual strengths and interests. Management promotes skill diversification with all employees.
