Alan W. Braun led Industrial Contractors Inc. (ICI), a family-owned general, mechanical, and electrical construction company located in Evansville, IN from 1983 to 2011. Continually ranked as one of Engineering News-Record (ENR) Top 400 Contractors, ICI was acquired by Skanska in 2011 and established as Industrial Contractors Skanska, where Alan served as chairman emeritus until his retirement in 2017.

Bryan Lamb serves as Managing Director, Chief Investment Officer, and Portfolio Manager of the EQT Exeter U.S. Multifamily platform and is responsible for capital raising, deal procurement, acquisitions, development, and operations throughout the United States.
Mr. Lamb has 20 years of principal-level development and investment experience predominantly in multifamily properties. His expertise includes the full spectrum of investment and development activities, encompassing all phases of the real estate value chain from entitlement through stabilized operations and dispositions. Since launching the EQT Exeter Multifamily platform in 2015, he has originated and managed over $2.0 billion of multifamily opportunities. Mr. Lamb started his real estate career with many members of the EQT Exeter management team at Rouse/Liberty Property, a publicly traded industrial and office REIT. Subsequently, Mr. Lamb worked for 11 years at Washington, D.C.-based Clark Realty Capital, where he focused on opportunistic multifamily development projects and large scale, public private partnerships in the DC Metro Area and in Southern California.

Jay M. Ferriero joined Capital Automotive in February 1999 as the Company's Director of Acquisitions and has forty years of experience in commercial, automotive dealership and real estate finance.

Mike O'Malley serves as Executive Director of the Notre Dame Fitzgerald Institute for Real Estate. As FIRE's Executive Director, Mike focuses on external engagement with leaders from the real estate industry, including Notre Dame alumni, parents, and friends. In addition, Mike is an Associate Professor of the Practice at Notre Dame, teaching courses on Real Estate Private Equity, Global Private Equity (in London), and Real Estate Colloquium: Finance, Investment, and Law, and serving as the faculty advisor for Fighting Irish Real Estate, the MBA real estate club. He previously served as an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate and Executive in Residence at FIRE.
Prior to Notre Dame, Mike was a Senior Principal at Pennybacker Capital, a real estate private equity firm headquartered in Austin, Texas. Mike served as the firm's COO, CFO, and CCO and led the Capital Formation team's efforts to develop and foster relationships with the firm's existing and prospective limited partners, and was a member of the firm's Investment Committee for 15 years. Mike was instrumental in designing and directing the firm's operational, commercial, and financial strategies as the firm grew from start-up to a multi-strategy investment manager with over $3 billion in assets under management.
Prior to Pennybacker, Mike served as COO and CFO of VisionWeb, also leading its business development initiatives. Under his leadership, the firm closed six private equity placements and grew from fledgling status to a global services provider with over 400 partner affiliations. Early in his career, Mike was an auditor with Price Waterhouse and later a financial restructuring consultant with Ernst & Young Capital Advisors, now Macquarie Capital USA.

Robert Karnes is Global Head of Real Estate Debt for BlackRock Real Assets and is a member of the Real Estate Management Committee. Mr. Karnes is responsible for the strategy, investment, and portfolio management of real estate debt investments globally.
Prior to joining BlackRock in 2011, he was chief investment officer and partner of Hillenbrand Partners, directing deal sourcing, investment, and portfolio management activities for the firm's high yield real estate debt portfolio. From 1998-2006, he was executive director of Morgan Stanley, where he oversaw real estate investment and portfolio management activities for the firm's proprietary, fixed-income distressed debt business in Europe and Asia.
