Tim has been working in the field of motorsport for over 20 years. He completed a PhD on the Italian Motorsport Industry in 2001.

policy research on the economic impact of motorsport (both sport and industry) for government;
market intelligence on motorsport for the sport's governing bodies and trade associations, and;
targeted market research for the global motorsport industry.
Tim's clients have included the UK Government, motorsport trade associations, the FIA and various ASN's, as well as independent businesses in the global motorsport industry in the UK and Italy.
Tim is also an Honorary Assistant Professor at the Centre for Business in Society at Coventry University in the UK, where his focus is on economic development and innovation policy, specifically around the global motorsport industry.
Tim's work has been widely featured in the specialist motorsport press and mainstream media. He has also featured as an expert interviewee for BBC Radio, The Economist, The Telegraph and the Financial Times and is co-author of the leading book on the global industry of motorsport:

Francesca is the CEO of Dino Paoli Srl, italian leading manufacturer for the Motorsport, Automotive and Industry fields. Paoli's name is synonymous with wheel guns and impact wrenches all over the world.
Francesca, who has worked in Paoli since 1997, has inherited from her father Dino not only the reins of the Company but also the love for motorsports: she likes two wheels, four wheels and, above all, racing competitions. She is the the co-owner and CEO of the comany Dino Paoli (RPM Member).
She is part of various associations: she is AICA Councilor, Ex-Vice President of the Young Industrialists Group and UNINDUSTRIA active Member.
She is an entrepreneur, mother, wife and motorcyclist. A little too much for a woman? "No, if you put passion in everything you do" she says.
Experienced international expert with a proven track record of helping Italian companies expand their business operations beyond national borders. With almost 20 years of industry experience, he has successfully guided companies by conducting in-depth market analysis, devising targeted entry strategies, selecting effective distribution channels, and overseeing international business development.
In 2015 Matteo founded Global Marketing Architecture (GMA), a company specialized in facilitating business connections and collaborations between Italian and foreign companies in the motorsport sector investing particularly in recognizing the importance of both Italy and the United Kingdom as pillars of the European motorsport industry and actively work to create networking opportunities and knowledge exchange between the two nations.

He is a founding member of Studio Mgi Vannucci & Partners (CPAs) and member of the Order of Chartered Pubblic Accountants of Lucca since 1984. The firm comprises four partners and twelve highly qualified professionals.
He has extensive experience in tax consultancy, including international, corporate and bankruptcy proceedings. He also deals with contracts, financing and financial management of the company, extraordinary operations, consulting for family businesses and generational transfers.
In particular, he is passionate about international business development and business networks development (a novel form of organisational development introduced and regulated by the Italian law since 2010). On the subject matter he has been actively working since 2011 as speaker to several national events in Italy as well as actually creating and managing business networks in various sectors. He is also delegate for the Lucca Provence of AssoretiPMI, an Italian national association for business networks.
He also holds the position of Auditor in private companies and companies with mainly public capital and the position of coordinator of the internationalization commission for CPAs of Lucca.

His academic and professional background has been developed in the USA (interdisciplinary degree "Dynamics in Organisational Environments" from the University of Wisconsin) and leverages on leadership, effective teamwork dynamics, talent mangement, communication and entrepreneurship topics geared towards the pragmatic, agile, development of primarily small and medium size enterprises.
He focused on the motorsport industry from an organisational and business development perspective with racing cars and karts manufacturers operating on a global scale as well as supercars manufacturers. His direct network of organisations and professionals extends from the USA and South America to India and China through Italy and the United Kingdom.
He has been focusing on business development relevant to motorsport and automotive in India during the last ten years (market research and direct participation to motorsport events through a business organisation he co-founded in Mumbai) and rhe has also worked on automotive business development relevant to the Chinese market.
He is a lecturer and talent manager at the University of Pisa on master programs (inclusive one focusing on automotive). He has authored books and studies relevant to the topic of motorsport industry as key accelerator of innovation relevant also to other fields as automotive, aerospace, aviation, biotechnologies, virtual reality and has presented the topic at international conferences.
He is the the co-founder of Synergy Pathways (RPM Member), a company that focuses on motorsport industry companies: organizational growth and development, market analisis, internationalization. The company operates internationallyh and is based in Italy and India.
He is the co-founder and co-admistrator of MindUP Enhancement Psychology (RPM Member), a company that focuses on mental training drawn from top echelon motorsport methods and protocols.
