Ralph III was born and raised in Mattoon, Illinois-as were Ralph Jr and Ralph Sr. Being from a small town fosters values of reliability and commitment to community. Currently he lives in Champaign but his hometown spirit stays with him. As a helper with overall organization, paperwork and positive attitude, his wife, Rita, teaches 7th and 8th grade children in a Champaign school.
