For women who choose to parent, First Coast Women's Services provides pregnancy support through medical referrals and parenting education. We also provide information and support about adoption for clients who want to carry their child but aren't ready to parent... An unplanned pregnancy can create a lot of questions. We help women understand their options in a safe and confidential environment. The knowledge of these resources provides a new perspective from which to make decisions. They are not alone, we are here to help support them in their choices... No matter if women are single, married or in a relationship with their child's father, becoming a parent is a major step. We help address important questions like "Can I afford to parent?" or "Will I be able to stay in school?" The encouraging answer to these women is: "YOU are NOT alone."
