Bill Gunther - CTO

Bill Gunther is the Chief Technical Officer at CIMA Group. He provides the technical and thought leadership behind our innovative line of solutions. An accomplished, hands-on leader, Bill is recognized as a solutions visionary, technology innovator and change agent who has successfully driven numerous large-scale, multimillion-dollar initiatives from conception through implementation. Prior to joining Cima Group, Bill held several senior positions for large multibillion-dollar organizations such as NTT, AT&T, Computer Sciences Corporation/CSC, Maersk Sealand, and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Bill has more than 28 years of progressive experience in technology and large-scale enterprise systems. He holds a Computer Science Degree from Rutgers University. Jesus Medina

Jesus Medina is CIMA Group's VP of Finance, ensuring that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards. Jesus is accountable for the design of risk-mitigating budgets as well as for the company's accounting operations and the maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records.

Juan Martin Gomez - CEO

Juan Martin Gomez is the Chief Executive Officer for Cima Group providing the leadership to take the group of companies to a new competitive scale. Juan Martin is an innovative, goal-driven and strategic leader with a solid success rate in the industry that combines his strength and credibility with customers, employees, partners and investors. After a 6 year track record of ten-fold growth in Cima Group, Juan Martin was appointed in 2014, by the Board of Directors, to lead as new CEO and effectively move the Telecom and IT conglomerate from organic growth into exponential growth. Juan Martin has successfully restructured and refocused Cima Group's portfolio to concentrate on innovative products and new verticals within the industry providing the potential to triple the current expansion of the companies. Prior to joining CIMA Group, Juan Martin held several corporate roles. At Xynergia, he served as President since 2002. He also held several roles in key departments of Americatel and worked in Corporate Investments. Juan Martin holds a Business Administration Degree from Florida International University, and has has over 18 years of stellar work experience in the telecom industry. "As CEO, I see myself and my team revolutionizing the new digital economy over the next few years. I am passionate about seeing first-hand the evolution of this industry, and the significant changes that are rapidly evolving communications on a global scale. Omar Pesantes - SVP

Omar Pesantes is the Senior VP for Auris, a CIMA Group company. Part of the Auris team since 2003, he oversees the Professional and Client Services Department. Beyond ensuring operational excellence, Omar extends his profound knowledge of all of the Auris platforms to CIMA Group's Product Management team for defining new features and other improvements. Jesus Medina is CIMA Group's VP of Finance, ensuring that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards. Jesus is accountable for the design of risk-mitigating budgets as well as for the company's accounting operations and the maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records. Omar Pesantes is the Senior VP for Auris and has been a part of the Auris team since 2003. He is responsible for ensuring operational excellence and oversees the Professional and Client Services Department, Product Line and Engineering. He previously served as Director of Operations at United International Marketing (UIM). From 1999 through 2002, he worked at Radiant Telecom as Director of Customer Care where he provided customer service for over 20 companies and managed a call center with 120 staff members. Between 1998 And 1999, Omar worked at The Answer Group, a renowned technical support outsource provider supervising a team of 24. Having worked in the telecom industry for 12 years, Omar has been all sides of the business thus providing him with a strong insight that helps to balance customer needs and company goals.

Rafael Carvajal - CEO

Rafael Carvajal was appointed CIMA Group's Chief Executive Officer in June 2022. With 12+ years of telecom industry experience, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and the discipline, tenacity and leadership skills acquired through his training at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, Rafael is poised for success in leading CIMA Group to reach new achievements. Omar Pesantes is the Senior VP for Auris, a CIMA Group company. Part of the Auris team since 2003, he oversees the Professional and Client Services Department. Ricardo Ariza - VP of Sales

Ricardo Ariza is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Cima Group to provide leadership and coordination of company sales and marketing functions and develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to enter new markets and increase company profitability. After almost 20 years in the telecom and service industries, working in B2C and B2B sales, market segmentation, strategic planning, marketing and brand strategy for startups and multimillion dollar brands, Ricardo knows what truly drives conversions, successful launches, and strategic partnerships in the US, Latin America and Spain. He has worked with reputable telecommunication companies including Americatel (Entel), Orbitel (Tigo-UNE) and more recently with Claro USA (America Movil). Ricardo is an economist and holds an MBA degree from NSU and a specialization in strategy from Cornell University. "In today's world, a successful sales organization must focus on the customer relationship and become a trusted advisor. I am a firm believer of guiding customers through the sales lifecycle to enhance their business development. This is critical to customer loyalty and repeat purchasing.
