Bart Johnson is the Commercial Real Estate Market Head for Wintrust Financial. He has over 25 years of banking and commercial real estate lending experience and works with the bankers across all Wintrust charters in the management of the Company's nearly $7 billion real estate loan portfolio. Bart is a member of the Wintrust Credit Committee and has extensive working knowledge in the construction and ownership of office developments, industrial and warehouse spaces, multifamily properties, self-storage and senior housing. Bart and his Wintrust Peers are financing projects across the country, supporting their clients' growth and diversification efforts.

Bert Getz joined Globe Corporation in 1991 and serves as Director and Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation. Bryan Long serves as an Associate Portfolio Manager at Great Lakes Advisors supporting the Private Wealth Team. Celena Roldan

Celena Roldan is the Chief Executive Officer of the American Red Cross of Chicago and Northern Illinois, the fourth largest region of the American Red Cross, which responds to 1,400 disasters annually and has an annual budget of approximately $16 million. The Chicago and Northern Illinois region covers 21 counties and teaches health, safety and disaster preparedness skills to more than a quarter million people annually in the Chicagoland area. Celena was selected to participate in the Marshall Memorial Fellowship Program, Leadership Greater Chicago, and the Bank of America Neighborhood Excellence Leadership Program. Among other leadership roles, she served on Mayor Rahm Emanuel's Education Transition Team and the Early Childhood Task Force as well as Governor Quinn's Illinois Human Services Commission. She serves on the Board of UnidosUS, Illinois Action for Children, Metropolitan Family Services, Wintrust Investments, The Chicago Trust Company, and Great Lakes Advisors. Charles Dillon

Jim Croft is a Principal with JWC Consulting Group (JWCCG) in Chicago. In addition to his work at JWCCG, Jim serves as the academic director for nonprofit finance in the Kellogg School of Management's Center for Nonprofit Management at Northwestern University, and is a faculty member at Northwestern's School of Professional Studies. From 1984 to 2015, Jim was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for The Field Museum in Chicago. For several years he served concurrently as the museum's chief development officer, managing the annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, and corporate and foundation giving programs. He was also responsible for a major capital campaign that successfully concluded in 2008. Jim has also held several positions in social service administration, serving as a community center executive director, finance officer, and chief business officer. In 2016, he was appointed to the Financial Accounting Standards Board's (FASB) Nonprofit Advisory Committee (NAC). The NAC serves as advisors to FASB staff as it relates to accounting standards that are used by nonprofit organizations in the United States. He received a PhD from the University of Nebraska where his doctoral work focused on higher education leadership and nonprofit financial management. John Thomas

Thomas P. Zidar began his tenure with Wintrust Wealth Management as Chairman and CEO in June 2006 and oversees four operating business units: Asset Management, Trust, Investments, and 1031 Exchange. He has an extensive financial services background, most recently serving as Executive Vice President, Personal Financial Services at ABN AMRO's LaSalle Bank. In this role, Tom headed five business units and was responsible for more than 1,000 sales, operations, and credit staff across the Midwest. During his tenure with ABN AMRO, he also served as Chairman, President, and CEO of ABN AMRO Financial Services; Senior Vice President, Integration Management; and Senior Vice President/First Vice President, Acquisitions & Corporate Capital. Prior to that, Tom held positions in management consulting in Chicago and investment banking in New York and London. Tom received his BBA from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. At Kellogg, he was an F.C. Austin Scholar and a Jim Packard Memorial Scholar. In addition, Tom has received Crain's Chicago Business "40 Under 40" award and Crain's Detroit Business "40 Under 40" award. Tom is married and has four children. He and his wife are currently very involved in the Glenview, Illinois community, focusing on children's educational and athletic programs. Tom also serves on the Chicago Public Media Business Leadership Council.

Tom serves as Great Lakes Advisors' Chief Executive Officer. He is an active member of the firm's Management Committee, Operating Committee, Investment Committee, and Board of Directors. Prior to joining Great Lakes Advisors in 2006, Tom was Managing Director & Principal at Bear Stearns Asset Management where he served the public fund and Taft-Hartley business groups and co-founded Continental Investment Group, an institutional asset management marketing firm. In addition, Tom worked for Amalgamated Bank of Chicago and began his career in 1984 as a bond underwriter/trader at First Chicago Corporation. Tom was raised on Chicago's Southside, the youngest of five children. He continues to reside in the area where he and his wife raised three kids. Today, he is Chairman of the University of St. Mary of the Lake Board of Advisors and is also KM in the Order of Malta. He serves as Trustee and President of a suburban Illinois Police Pension Fund and is a member of several associations, including the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, the National Conference of Public Employee Retirements Systems, the Illinois Public Pension Fund Association, the Resource Center for Religious Institutes, and the Economic Club of Chicago. Tom serves as a committee member for The Annual Rerum Novarum celebration devoted to the roles of church and state as it pertains to economics, social responsibility, and the rights of workers. Tom was awarded the Rerum Novarum Award for Business 2019. He is also a Regional Board member of the Ireland Funds and supports numerous local institutions including, SOS Children's Villages, Arise Chicago, Be a Light for Chicago, Misericordia, Mercy Home for Boys and Girls, Immigration Ministry, Link Unlimited, Special Olympics/Special Children's Charities, Alzheimer's Association, and the American Red Cross of Chicago. Tom is a Director of Wintrust's Old Plank Trail Community Bank and has served as a guest lecturer on Business Ethics and Socially Responsible Investing for the MBA program at the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. In his free time, Tom enjoys golf, fishing, and traveling with his family. Tim Crane - President, Treasurer

Tim Crane, president and treasurer, joined Wintrust in 2008 and is responsible for overseeing Wintrust's 15 community bank charters and several lines of business. He serves on Wintrust's Executive Management Committees and is chairman of both the Lake Forest Bank & Trust and Wintrust Bank boards of directors. Prior to joining the company, Tim was president of Harris Bank/Bank of Montreal in Chicago, with more than 240 retail locations, where he was employed for 24 years. He has had positions leading both commercial and retail banking businesses, as well as leading acquisition activities. He has extensive international experience specifically related to operations in Canada and Mexico. Tim earned an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree from University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. He has also completed executive leadership programs at the Ivy School in Toronto, Canada, and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Business. He has been a speaker at numerous financial conferences and served as a faculty member for several banking schools. He is active in the Chicago area, currently serving on the board of directors for Metropolitan Family Services, the Bank Administration Institute, Chicago United, and the DePaul University. He is a former board member of the Metropolitan Planning Council. Tim is active in the Economic Club of Chicago, the Executive Club of Chicago, and The Bankers Club of Chicago.

Timothy Schlindwein

Timothy Schlindwein possesses over 49 years of experience in the investment management industry. He is the firm's Managing Principal, chief investment officer and chief compliance officer. He has created mutual funds, managed mutual funds and institutional portfolios, and headed an investment firm with managed assets exceeding $28 billion. Tim has built and managed complete investment operations, and his "hands-on" investment experience includes all areas of portfolio management, research, and trading. Prior to forming Schlindwein Associates, LLC in 1995, Tim spent twenty years with the Chicago investment counsel firm of Stein Roe & Farnham, progressing from portfolio manager to chairman and chief executive officer. He currently serves on the boards of Tel Aviv University, American Friends of Tel Aviv University, Great Lakes Advisors, and Village of Oak Brook Firefighters Pension Fund. Tim also serves on advisory councils for Tel Aviv University Coller School of Management and Boise State University College of Business and Economics. He is a Chartered Investment Counselor. Tim earned his bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from the University of Chicago where he served from 1991 to 2012 on the Booth School of Business Advisory Council. He has lectured on portfolio management and investment manager evaluation for the School's Executive MBA program in Chicago and the Executive Education program in Chicago and the United Arab Emirates.
