WoodGreen is one of the largest social service agencies in Toronto, with a rich history spanning more than 85 years. We partner with the community to empower our most vulnerable members and break down barriers to give everyone the opportunity to grow and thrive... The WoodGreen Foundation is all about Difference Makers and we are thrilled to have a newly established Young Leaders Council... We provide seniors, youth, newcomers, individuals with disabilities, psychiatric survivors and people experiencing homelessness with safe and affordable housing. WoodGreen owns and manages 12 housing sites, where tenants can access the full range of our services.
