Dr Dixon completed her medical training at Leeds University. She worked as a salaried GP and locum before working as a GP partner in Knaresborough for 19 years. During that time she trained undergraduates, Physician Associates and other healthcare professionals in contraceptive procedures.
She has been a member of the Harrogate LMC and was Harrogate locality lead until December 2022. Dr Dixon has a role in bridging primary and secondary care in the Harrogate area improving communication.
She joined YHN in 2016 and is keen to champion quality care for patients, resilience in general practice and collaborative working.

Dr Ian Dilley has been a GP Partner in Harrogate for 20 years leading on Men's Health and Musculo-skeletal medicine within his practice. Over the years he has developed an interest in NHS Leadership and since 2019 is Clinical Director for his Primary care network (PCN). As part of his role at Yorkshire Health Network, he represents the diversity of the four Harrogate and Rural PCNs representing 170,000 patients.
He thrives in an ever-changing NHS environment and strives to improve services and support for patients across the area. He led the development and operation of the Harrogate COVID vaccine centre resulting in around 180,000 vaccines at the Show Ground during the Pandemic.
In his spare time, he is a keen amateur Trumpet player and during the summer months when not out with his dog and family, can be seen playing at various Bandstands across the region with a local concert band.
Dr Hammatt qualified from Medical school in 1990 and has been a GP for 25 years and a GP Partner for 20 years in Harrogate. Prior to working in Harrogate he has experiences of working in Australia including remote practice having been the Medical Superintendent of his own hospital. He has also been involved in the Local Medical Committee. Outside of work he very much enjoys good food and wine and traveling, especially if it involves International Rugby Union or Italy (both combined is even better) along with watching cricket with playing days having now faded into the past.

James Sharratt has been Business Manager at Moss Healthcare since 2019. They are a large, well established 3 site GP practice serving 20,000 patients in the Harrogate area. James leads the practice alongside 7 GP partners ensuring its financial stability, compliance, and adoption of progressive ways of working. Prior to working in Primary Care James worked in other commercial roles across the retail, education, and legal sectors. He is a qualified Prince 2 Project Manager and has delivered numerous large scale business projects both internal business change projects and external, client lead new service projects. In his spare time James is a keen runner, actively supporting his local Parkrun as well as playing bass guitar in a local concert band.
Naveen Judah has worked extensively in the private, public and voluntary sectors. He started his working life with a firm of Chartered accountants in London where he worked as Senior Auditor before moving into the commercial sector.
In the commercial sector he held roles as Finance Director and turnaround agent for small and medium enterprises as well as lead for mergers and acquisitions across Northern Europe for a large American multi national.
He also spent some time as a Principal of Further Education College and Senior Business Consultant across the FE sector.
He is married with a son.
Simon Barrett started his career as a civil engineer, moving into contract law, dispute resolution and the insurance sector. He has spent 10 years working as a senior manager in the NHS, recently as chief executive of Humberside Local Medical Committees.
Simon joined YHN in 2023 and is passionate about supporting our GP practices, working collaboratively, to deliver the best patient care for our local patient population.
Claire Saunders has been Practice Business Manager at Beech House Surgery since 2021. Beech House Surgery is a part-dispensing GMS Practice with a list size of 7,500 patients set in the market town of Knaresborough. Claire manages all aspects of the practice from finance and business planning to HR and compliance - she enjoys customer service and getting to know the patients and can often be found helping out in reception or working on projects with the Patient Participation Group. Prior to her current role Claire held management positions in various practices in Harrogate and Leeds as well as working for North Yorkshire CCG in primary care commissioning; a role which has enabled her to look at projects from commissioner, provider and primary care perspectives. In her spare time Claire likes to get involved in local community projects and is a keen music fan, attending gigs whenever possible.

Sarah Wilkinson has been the Practice Manager at Park Parade Surgery in Harrogate since 2004, leading and managing all aspects of the Practice. Her role involves many exciting challenges such as the planning, preparation and implementation of a move to new build premises. Sarah values collaboration, appreciating the significant benefits to local Practices of working together to sustain a resilient General Practice. Sarah brings the knowledge gained in completing the NAPC Advanced Practice Manager diploma, along with her experience, to support local practices via Yorkshire Health Network. In her spare time Sarah has two children who keep her busy but also enjoys being outside, jogging or cycling
