Adam Dakin

Adam was appointed Managing Director for New Business and Services in 2018, after previously holding the positions of joint Managing Director, and Chief Operating Officer since joining Telereal in 2002. Adam is focussed on finding new investment opportunities for Telereal Trillium as well as for its services operations.

Graeme Hunter

Job Titles:

Graeme has board level responsibility for the active management of Telereal Trillium's extensive property portfolio, which includes the BT and the Department for Work and Pensions estates. Comprising of more than 8,000 assets, the estate is valued in excess of £5.5bn and each year over 500 property transactions are completed. Graeme joined the business in 2002 and was appointed to his current role in January 2009. In recent years, Graeme was instrumental in the RBS/PruPIM £800m sale and leaseback transaction and subsequent sale to L&G as Project Hyperion. Graeme also led Telereal Trillium's c£45m Flagstaff portfolio acquisition from Lloyds Bank. Previously, Graeme was a director of BT's property development subsidiary and prior to that worked for a private property investment company. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has an Honours degree in estate management.

Graham Edwards - Chairman

Graham was appointed Executive Chairman of Telereal Trillium in April 2018. Prior to that he was Chief Executive since the creation of Telereal in 2001.

Lord Brian Griffiths

Lord Griffiths was appointed an advisor to Telereal Trillium in January 2009. Previous to this, Lord Griffiths was the chairman of Land Securities Trillium. He is a member of the boards of Goldman Sachs International, Goldman Sachs International Bank and Goldman Sachs Asset Management Infrastructure. He is chairman of the Audit, Business Practice and Compliance Committee for the EMEA region and a non-executive director of Times Newspaper Holdings Ltd. He has been chairman of the School Examination and Assessment Council, the Centre for Policy Studies and a member of various select committees in the House of Lords. Lord Griffiths has written and lectured extensively on economic issues and the relationship of the Christian faith to politics and business, and has published various books on monetary policy and Christian ethics. Lord Griffiths taught at the School of Economics from 1965 to1976. He was appointed professor of Banking and International Finance at the City University in 1976 and was dean of the City University Business School from 1982 to1985. Lord Griffiths was a director of the Bank of England from 1983 to 1985. Lord Griffiths served at No. 10 Downing Street as head of the Prime Minister's Policy Unit from 1985 to 1990. As special advisor to Margaret Thatcher, he was responsible for domestic policy-making and was a chief architect of the government's privatisation and deregulation programmes. Born in Fforestfach, Swansea in 1941, Lord Griffiths was educated at Dynevor Grammar School and the London School of Economics.

Michael Hackenbroch - CFO

Michael joined the Operational Board in October 2017 as Group Finance Director and leads the finance function that is responsible for all aspects of accounting, tax, and corporate governance. Michael has been with Telereal Trillium since 2007 and prior to taking up his role as Group Finance Director he headed up the team accountable for all aspects of the group's taxation and related matters. After graduating from the London School of Economics, Michael qualified as a chartered accountant in the audit department of RSM Robson Rhodes before joining Ernst & Young, where he qualified as a chartered tax adviser in its tax department.

Norman Greville

Job Titles:

Norman joined Telereal Trillium in September 1999 and leads the capital investment team. His team is responsible for determining the life cycle investment requirements on our Department for Work and Pensions, Aviva and Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency estates to meet contractual outputs and for providing life cycle risk management services to BT across its operational and office estates. Norman was previously a director at CBRE in the building consultancy division. He has a BSc, is a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and sits on an Historic England panel advising on the maintenance and repair of historic buildings.

Russell Gurnhill - CEO

Russell was appointed Chief Executive in 2018, having previously served as group treasurer, corporate finance director and joint managing director. Russell joined the business in 2002, having previously worked for Enterprise Oil, a FTSE-100 oil exploration and production company with operations in 15 countries. He spent most of his time there working in treasury, and was involved in over $4bn of financings and $3bn of M&A deals. Previously Russell was responsible for heading up the financial planning and strategy for Enterprise's UK and Ireland business. Prior to this, Russell was working in practice, having qualified at Ernst & Young, and then moved to their corporate finance department. Russell is a member of both the Association of Chartered Treasurers and the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Sion Latter

Sion heads up the Informed Client Unit, responsible for our Service Provision across the DWP Contract. Key responsibilities include managing Telereal Trillium's service partners, assurance of compliance and performance and supporting DWP's estate's change programme. Sion is also responsible for Telereal Trillium's services strategy, including capital projects delivery, life cycle replacement, procurement and product development. He is also responsible for Health and Safety. Sion was appointed to his current role in June 2014, having previously held the role service development director. Prior to joining the business in 2002, Sion worked for BT where he was involved in major change programmes incorporating organisational restructure, supply chain rationalisation and the outsourcing of both construction and facilities management. Previously, Sion worked for various consultancies involved in capital projects across the UK. Sion is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a member of the British Council for Offices (BCO) and a member of the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM).

Toby Jonas - Chief Strategy Officer

Toby joined Telereal Trillium in 2007 and was appointed to his current role in 2009. His responsibilities include strategy, new business and major change programmes within the Telereal Trillium property partnerships business. Toby also has overall responsibility for Telereal Trillium's relationship with Birmingham City Council having led the team that was awarded the contract in 2008. Prior to joining Telereal Trillium, Toby spent six years as an independent consultant specialising in real estate, energy and carbon emissions management. He was also an associate at Enron Corporation where he developed and implemented a number of energy outsourcing arrangements with major corporate and industrial organisations. His early career was with Citex consulting in London. Toby has a BSc (Hons) from the London School of Economics.

Warren Persky

Warren is a non-executive director of Telereal Trillium and works closely with the executive team. He joined Telereal (now Telereal Trillium) in 2002 as group finance director and was responsible for all aspects of the finance function, including reporting performance to shareholders, financial control, financial planning, tax, and corporate governance. Warren was one of the 'founding fathers' of Telereal and he played a major role in establishing and developing Telereal Trillium. In 2004, Warren won the prestigious Accountancy Age "Blue Chip Financial Director of the Year" award, which recognised the successful role he played in shaping Telereal. Prior to this, Warren worked at Dixons Stores Group, known at the time for its Currys, Dixons, PC World and The Link brands. He spent much of his time at Dixons working with property and became the finance director of Dixons Group Retail Properties when it was formed. Warren is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Association of Corporate Treasurers (AMCT).'
