The company was founded on March 29th 1962 by Heinz Austerschmidt. In the early years, customers were supplied daily with fresh bread in North Rhine-Westphalia and southern Lower Saxony... Since the mid-nineties, we have been producing deep-frozen bread to allow the experience of oven-fresh bread.
