Carole has been making cakes and winning awards for over 40 years. While working as a teacher Carole got her start making cakes for family and friends, as the love for her cakes grew she decided to give up teaching and make her cakes full time. Committed to this passion and guided by experience we bake our cakes by hand in small batches using only the finest all natural Ingredients. whipping cream, cream cheese, whole fresh eggs are blended with a little bit of magic and then baked in a water bath to culminate in our signature creamy texture... We love desserts, we love craft cocktails & mocktails, we love coffee hot cocoa, and comforting eats. We have been eating & drinking or "researching" them for years and want to share the best with you.
