My experience as a trainer began when I was fifteen years old when my manager wanted me to train new employees at a movie theater. Since that time, I have worked in various industries and held different job titles, but the one constant is that at some point I always ended up training and mentoring others. I love seeing the light bulb go on when a student "gets it". To see them take what they've learned and apply it to their job or life is very rewarding... I also have extensive technical experience. In addition to being a technical trainer; I worked as a web designer and developer. I enjoyed the creative aspects of developing websites... I was looking for a way to reach out and help more people while providing me with a creative outlet. The field of instructional design seemed to be a perfect fit. So I decided to switch hats and go "behind the scenes" and work as an instructional designer and elearning specialist. While I have developed courses in the past, I knew there was so much..
