Belinda Wong is president of Starbucks China, one of the largest and fastest growing international markets. Belinda is responsible for overseeing all facets of Starbucks business in the market, including vision, growth strategy, partner and brand development. Belinda and her leadership team successfully led the talented team of about 30,000 partners and tripled the size of business in the past years. Now, with about 1900 stores across 99 cities, the China business is positively positioned to continue to capture the enormous growth opportunities and deliver the authentic Starbucks Experience that is locally relevant to many Chinese customers in Mainland China.
With almost 16 successful years supporting the Starbucks brand across the Greater China and Asia Pacific regions, Belinda joined Starbucks China from her role as general manager of the Starbucks business in Hong Kong for Coffee Concepts, a joint venture between Maxim's Caterers and Starbucks Coffee International. In this role, Belinda managed the company's business strategy, brand development and operations for more than 110 stores in Hong Kong and Macau.
Belinda joined Starbucks in January 2000 and has held leadership positions across a variety of business units and geographies. She started her career with Starbucks as marketing director for the Asia Pacific region, where she served in brand and category management as well as marketing, public relations and corporate social responsibility. Her experience also includes working as managing director of Starbucks Coffee Singapore where she successfully turned around the market with her leadership team.
Before joining Starbucks, Belinda was marketing manager of McDonald's China Development Company, where she was responsible for formulating marketing strategies and plans for the China market.
Belinda holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in finance from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. She serves as a member on the China advisory council for UBC's Sauder School of business. In Fortune China's prestigious annual list of China's most influential businesswomen, Belinda was ranked one of the top 25 consecutively in the past four years. Belinda was also listed in the 50 people shaping the future of the U.S. - China relationship by Foreign Policy, and the Top 100 Chinese Business Women by Forbes China in 2015.

Carol Anne Lee, a native of Vancouver is CEO and co-founder of Linacare Cosmetherapy Inc. Linacare is a Vancouver based company that manufactures and distributes therapeutic skincare products across Canada. The company is headquartered in Vancouver's historic Chinatown district in a building that was purchased by her grandfather more than 80 years ago. With long standing family ties to the history of Chinatown, she is strongly committed to the revitalization of the area and is the Chair of the Vancouver Chinatown Foundation, Chair of the Vancouver Chinatown Revitalization Committee and an Honorary Patron of the Chinese Canadian Military Museum Society.
Ms Lee has a Bachelor of Commerce from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She serves on several boards and organizations including the Faculty Advisory Board of the Sauder School of Business, The Harvard Business School Canadian Advisory Board, the Legacies Initiatives Advisory Council established by the BC Government, the Rideau Hall Foundation, and the Leadership Council of the Perimeter Institute of Theoretical Physics in Waterloo.

Dennis is a member of səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh Nation) in Deep Cove, North Vancouver. He also has ancestral ties to Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish Nation), Welsh ancestry and close familial ties to xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam Nation). His traditional name "Whonoak" means caretaker of a river. Dennis is deeply connected to his community and culture, where he serves as an elected councillor for his Nation.
Dennis has an MBA from SFU and brings 15+ years of professional experience from his work with his community, Tsleil-Waututh Nation. During that time, he led new business opportunities and explored future business partnerships, programs and projects. He has extensive experience in Indigenizing business initiatives - from large residential developments to sports facilities. As an active community member, Dennis has served on various Boards of Directors, including the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, Museum of Vancouver and City of Vancouver UNDRIP Task Force.
Dennis prides himself on bringing people together and is committed to leaving a legacy that strengthens Indigenous peoples and, in turn, strengthens our entire society. Erin is a program manager for Ch'nook Indigenous Business Education. Erin leads the Aboriginal Management Program (AMP), the MNBC Business Management Program, the MNBC Senior Leadership Program and other Ch'nook programs and initiatives.
Prior to joining the Ch'nook team, Erin worked for ten years with the provincial government in Communications in Strategic Engagement with BC Wildfire Service. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Vancouver Island University as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, with a double major in art history and visual arts. In her spare time, Erin loves spending time outdoors and giving back to community through volunteering for various non-profit organizations.

Jonathan is a researcher and program manager for Ch'nook. In his role, Jonathan works with the Ch'nook Scholars Program and the Downtown Eastside deliveries of the Ch'nook Accelerated Business Program (ABP) as well as does research and program evaluation for the centre.
Prior to joining Ch'nook in January 2017, Jonathan worked in management consulting, focusing on customer strategy research in the utilities sector. Outside of work and school, Jonathan has spent time volunteering with various LGBT+, immigrant, and labour organizations.
Jonathan holds two degrees in Music Theory - a BA from Florida State University (2009) and an MA from the University of British Columbia (2012). Jonathan also sits on the board of Erato, a Vancouver-based chamber music ensemble, and sings with the Juno-nominated Chor Leoni Men's Choir.

Ann Glazier Rothwell has more than 20 years of experience in Canadian capital markets and alternative investment strategies. Ann is currently Portfolio Manager & Head of Business Development at RP Investment Advisors (RPIA), Canada's largest alternative fixed income manager.
Prior to joining RPIA in 2012, Ms. Glazier Rothwell was the co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of Alpha Scout Capital Management, a Canadian focused fund of hedge funds and Director of the Alternative Investment Strategy and Proprietary Trading Group at TD Newcrest. Ann began her career at RBC DS in Fixed Income sales and trading, later moving to institutional equity sales and proprietary trading in Toronto and New York with RBC DS, First Marathon/National Bank Financial and Newcrest Capital.
Ann is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a Leslie Wong Fellow of the UBC Portfolio Management Foundation and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the UBC Sauder School of Business. Peter graduated from UBC Sauder in 1989, at the same time a group of investment industry executives and local prominent investors founded a Vancouver-based investment firm specializing in trading and venture capital investments. He became a principal of the firm in 1990 and worked in the corporate finance department until 2001, when he sold his interest back to the firm to pursue outside investment interests. During his years at the firm, he assisted numerous entrepreneurs in small to medium-sized businesses raising capital, restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions. Since 2001, Peter has been an investor in various companies in technology, oil and gas, mineral extraction, and real estate developments. His roles in these companies range from passive investment, to advisory as a principal, to controlling shareholder. He has continued his investment activities in Hong Kong and currently has investments in several companies based in Hong Kong and China.
