Utilising the knowledge and experiences that we have whilst building our own portfolio, we have created Cosmo Grace Property to extend our services out to those who wish to invest in property in the North East... We understand that people may not have the knowledge and that time can be limited, therefore we enable people to realise their property requirements by acting on their behalf... In a nutshell, we are a family with a passion for property! We understand the importance of creating a lifestyle which gives our young family the very best possible chances and we are doing this through the power of property. Jonathan Landale and I have built up a portfolio of 11 single buy to let properties over the last 2.5 years with the buy, refurbish, refinance st rategy generating yields between 8% - 12% and ROCE upwards of 25%. We are well on the way to reaching our ever increasing goals but our ambition continues to grow!
