Edelweiss coffee is picked by hand. Following the fermentation the coffees are washed and then dried on African raised beds.Our roast master is a qualified Q -Grader and has a wealth of experience in cup tasting and roasting coffees... The Coffee Exporters Group is a family-run business with more than 60 years' experience of growing, milling and trading coffee in Tanzania. It was set up in 1955 by Mr. BN Vohora and now spans 3 generations of our family. We produce speciality Tanzanian coffees, export both Tanzanian and Kenyan coffees and provide roasting services for the local market... Coffee is our passion!
