Bernadette Scarborough

Bernadette Scarborough serves as the Group President for Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity BSG). In her expanded role, she provides high-level oversight and support to her assigned companies. Her main duties include driving our vision for service excellence, new initiatives, systems integration, cross-selling, execution strategies, and overall leadership responsibilities. Bernadette became a member of Fidelity BSG when she joined Fidelity Mechanical Services in 1998. Her positions have included Service Coordinator, Office Manager, Integration Leader, and Executive Administrative Director, among others. Most recently, Bernadette served as the Vice President of Service Operations for Fidelity Mechanical Services, where she led service managers and administrative Team Members, launched training programs, and created operational efficiencies by standardizing systems and processes. To further enhance her exemplary leadership skills, Bernadette earned a High-Performance Leadership certificate from Cornell University, a six-course curriculum that is part of Cornell's SC Johnson College of Business.

Brian Krug

Brian Krug serves as the Vice President of Engineering for Fidelity Mechanical Services. In this position, Brian oversees Fidelity's highly skilled team of engineers and design/build professionals, ensuring that each project is designed and serviced with the utmost level of quality and care. Brian brings to his role 30 years of HVAC industry experience, as well as 20 years of Mechanical Engineering experience. Brian is a LEED Accredited Professional for Building Design and Construction and holds a Professional Engineering Licensure in Florida, North Carolina, Delaware, Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, Pennsylvania, Texas and Louisiana. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.

Carmine Mistichelli - COO

Carmine Mistichelli is the Chief Operating Officer / Partner of Fidelity Building Services GroupĀ® (Fidelity BSG) and sits on their board of directors. Carmine joined the organization in 1997 as a Field Team Member, learning the fundamentals of Fidelity BSG and the HVAC industry. His experience in the field spans more than 20 years. In his current role at Fidelity BSG, Carmine leads company efforts for efficient and sustainable designs, oversees day-to-day business operations, and provides short- and long-term strategic planning. He also manages business development opportunities by working with investors, developers, owners, and management companies of various sizes and complexities. An integral part of his leadership is to ensure Fidelity BSG's newly acquired companies adapt to the organization's best-in-class practices, including sales and operations processes. Carmine's ingenuity in business and commitment to providing Fidelity BSG customers with Proactive, World-Class Service has secured the organization as a leader in the technical building services and solutions space. His business acumen and management skills have contributed to the company's national growth and expansion. An avid philanthropist, Carmine was the 2017 recipient of the Salvation Army of Central Maryland's Community Commitment Award and the 2020 Salvation Army Exceptional Service Award. Also in 2017, Carmine was honored by the State of Maryland with the Governor's Volunteer Service Certificate for his efforts to ensure the vitality of the local community and his contributions to the citizens of Maryland. He is also a donor to education and healthcare institutions throughout Maryland. Carmine served on the Board of Directors at the United Way of Central Maryland and currently serves on the board of the Community College of Baltimore County's (CCBC) HVAC program. Carmine graduated Cum Laude from Strayer University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. In 2017, he earned a Certificate of Professional Development in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Todd Clingan

As the Vice President of Mechanical Contracting Operations, Todd has responsibility over numerous divisions - including Contracting, Tenant Improvement, and Prefabrication - for the Fidelity Mechanical Services Sparks, Maryland location, as well as the Contracting groups for the Ashburn, Virginia and Beltsville, Maryland divisions. His top priorities are to ensure the company continues to evolve its aggressive safety procedures, improve field efficiency, oversee talent acquisition, and adopt modern technologies that will further Fidelity Mechanical Services' commitment to offering the most advanced products and services to its customers. He also ensures that each client and project receive the organization's approach to Proactive, World-Class Service. Prior to his current role, Todd was a Director of Operations, where he oversaw day-to-day construction operations as they pertained to the organization's Beltsville and Ashburn locations. This included managing multiple construction projects and a highly skilled team of over 100 Team Members. Todd started in the HVAC/Mechanical Construction industry back in 2001 and has been with Fidelity Mechanical Services since 2010. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Winthrop University. Todd serves on the Advisory Board for the Salvation Army of Central Maryland.
