Adrienne L. Isacoff serves Of Counsel in the Firm's New Providence office, serving as Co-Chair of the Construction and Public Contracting Group. She focuses on public, commercial and hi-end residential construction contracts, public contracting and procurement of goods and services, as well as on her active dispute resolution practice. She serves as Legal Counsel to the Utility & Transportation Contractors Association of NJ, and provides counsel and litigation services to commercial and residential property owners, suppliers, school districts and county colleges, including contract drafting and negotiating; preparation of bid and procurement documents; lien and bond claims; and claims involving differing site conditions, delay, consumer fraud, public bid disputes, and breach of contract. Adrienne serves as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association on construction and related disputes, including single-member small matters and three-member panel complex matters. He serves as outside counsel to many large and small corporations and as defense counsel to various insurance companies and joint insurance funds. With nearly 30 years of family law experience, Doug represents individual clients in divorce, custody, and related matters. He serves as Sussex County Counsel and general counsel to Warren County Community College and the Warren County Sheriff's Department. He also serves as New Jersey general counsel to the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission, labor counsel for Sussex and Warren Counties, and special counsel to the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education. For four years, he was the Warren County Adjuster, prosecuting involuntary civil commitments for Warren County residents. Judge Zito is a lifelong resident of Bangor, Pennsylvania located in northern Northampton County, Pennsylvania. He served in the US Navy 1960-1964 and was honorably discharged. Robert A. Freedberg is Co-Chair of the firm's Alternative Dispute Resolution Group where he serves as a mediator and arbitrator. Judge Freedberg attended the Easton public schools, graduating from Easton Area High School in 1962. He received a bachelor's degree from Lafayette College with honors in Government and Law in 1966. He received a JD from Columbia University School of Law in 1969. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in November 1969 and was sworn in before the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania at that time. He began his legal career as a Law Clerk to President Judge Clinton Budd Palmer serving for a year. He then became an Associate with the Bethlehem firm of Sigmon, Briody, Littner and Ross. In 1971 he moved his practice to Easton in association with William P. Hogan and James C. Hogan where he continued to practice law until his election to the bench in 1980. During that period, he had a varied practice including service as an Assistant District Attorney from 1973 until 1979 and as an Assistant City Solicitor for Easton. He argued cases before the Pennsylvania Supreme, Superior and Commonwealth Courts. In 1979 he was elected to a newly created fifth judgeship in Northampton County. At 35, he was the youngest person elected to the bench in Northampton County. He was retained for an additional term in 1989, receiving a favorable vote of 290 to 3 from the Northampton County Bar. In 1999 he was retained for a third term receiving a favorable vote of 218 to 1 from the County Bar. With the retirement of Judge Alfred T. Williams in 1991, he became President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County, a position he held for 17 years until his appointment to the Pennsylvania Superior Court. During his tenure as President Judge, the Court expanded to nine judges. A modern addition to the courthouse was constructed including seven new court rooms, a new juvenile court facility was added, and a new Domestic Relations Court building was built. In 2008 Governor Rendell appointed him to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. He was unanimously confirmed by the Senate of Pennsylvania and served on the Superior Court until his retirement in 2012. A number of his opinions appear in the Atlantic Reporter. In 2012, he became Of Counsel to the Firm of Florio, Perrucci, Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton & Taylor, LLC. Judge Freedberg received an Honorary Doctor of Laws degree from Lafayette College, the Liberty Bell Award from the Lehigh County Bar Association, the Holmes Good Citizen Award from the Easton Area Youth Center, and the Good Scout Award of the Minsi Trail Council, Boy Scouts of America.

Mr. Bock was the only management executive to be awarded a Bronze Medal from the Industrial Union Department, AFL-CIO, for his "invaluable help in settling the NYNEX strike" in l989. He also received complimentary letters from former U.S. Secretaries of Labor, Elizabeth Dole and Lynn Martin, regarding his labor relations philosophy. In the latter capacity, Seth has guided privately-held companies through digital auctions, preliminary negotiations, financing, and closing of multi-million-dollar transactions on both the buy and sell side. For instance, he was counsel for the sale of a chain of New Jersey franchise restaurants for $24 million, a privately-held construction company for $8 million, a Lehigh Valley pharmaceutical company vendor for $17 million, an acute care hospital and surgical center and lease of associated real estate in $50 million dollar transaction, and a nationwide auto glass installation company for $75 million. In addition, Seth is a leader in the field of cannabis law. He has represented applicants for medical cannabis permits in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, guiding them on private capital raises, application requirements, and real estate acquisition and approval. Seth counsels clients on all aspects of formation and compliance for cannabis companies, from start-ups to multi-state operators. For example, Seth was counsel for Keystone Releaf LLC in a successful appeal of denial of a medical marijuana application, and he was counsel for successful applicants for medical cannabis dispensaries and cultivators in the 2019 New Jersey Department of Health request for applications. Staci Sabetti is a Partner in the Easton office concentrating her practice on real estate development, commercial loans, and business law. With over 20 years of experience, Staci is dedicated to building client relationships and helping each reach their company's goals. In the area of real estate, Staci has experience in negotiating and documenting real estate transactions; supervising land development including land acquisition, sales, and construction; commercial leasing; and landlord/tenant issues. Staci is also experienced in a wide range of business law matters. She handles the negotiation and drafting of contracts and agreements including non-disclosure agreements, vendor agreements, service agreements, construction contracts, and others. She also handles entity formation and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining the firm, Staci was in-house counsel for a local real estate development company. In this role, she handled all the company's legal issues including real estate, human resources, and business matters. Before that, she worked for a Monroe County law firm handling business, real estate and family law matters as well as litigation. Staci has also been in private practice concentrating on real estate and family law. A Lehigh Valley native, Staci is active in the local community. She served as an Adjunct Professor at Northampton Community College teaching Constitutional Law. She is a member of the Northampton County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.

Susan A. Lawless

Susan A. Lawless is a Partner in our Easton, PA office who specializes in civil litigation and trial work in the courts of both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She has successfully handled a multitude of high-profile complex cases throughout her career representing some of the top insurance companies on the Fortune 500 list and their insureds in various matters such as liquor liability, commercial conflicts, employment matters, and significant personal injury cases. Susan serves as lead liaison and counsel to individual, corporate, small business and insurance carrier clients in determining legal strategy, the use of trends in applicable law, third party actions and the effective use of appellate practice. She has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a certified civil trial attorney. She has also appeared before state and federal courts representing numerous municipalities and other forms of governing bodies in various challenges. Active in her community, Susan serves as Vice Chairperson and past Chair of the Hanover Township, Northampton County (Pennsylvania) Planning Commission. She has been a member since 2008. She also is a volunteer mentor for LEAP (Linking Employment Activity Pre-Release) for the Northampton County Department of Correction. In November 2017, she was elected to the Hanover Township, Northampton County Board of Supervisors.

Wade L. Dickey

Wade Dickey is an Associate in our Cherry Hill office concentrating his practice on corporate and business law, public governance and compliance, cannabis law, and real estate and land use. Prior to joining the firm, Wade served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Deborah Silverman Katz, A.J.S.C., the Assignment Judge of Camden County, New Jersey. During his clerkship, Wade worked on prerogative writ, tort, contract, and OPRA cases, and assisted the Assignment Judge with the administration of the vicinage. While attending Rutgers Law School, Wade served as judicial intern for the Honorable Noel L. Hillman, U.S.D.J. and a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Paula T. Dow, P.J.Ch. Wade also served as a Commentaries Editor for Rutgers Law Review where his state constitutional law comment regarding school financing was chosen for publication. Wade was born in Voorhees and raised in Moorestown. In his free time, Wade enjoys watching the Philadelphia sports teams, and relaxing down the New Jersey shore with his family.

Willie L. Parker

Willie L. Parker, Of Counsel to the firm, focuses his practice on education & school law, municipal law, labor & employment, and litigation. Willie has experience representing school boards with education and employment issues including negotiating contracts with teachers' and administrators' unions He has conducted successful tenure hearings to discipline or terminate teachers and/or administrators for statutory and/or policy infractions. In addition to handling employment issues in the education setting, Willie has extensive experience counseling clients and litigating a host of other labor and employment matters. For instance, he has handled claims of sexual harassment, hostile work environment, retaliation and whistleblower (CEPA), FMLA, Title VII, wrongful termination, and discrimination. He also handles employment contract disputes, non-compete claims, and severance agreements. Willie also has experience drafting wills and trusts, and with complex probate matters. He also represents defendants in state and municipal criminal matters, including drug and weapons offenses, shoplifting, traffic violations and DWI. Previously serving as the City of Newark's Corporation Counsel and Chief Legal Officer, Willie managed an office staff of 45 persons, including 38 lawyers and 7 staff employees working in the Municipal Prosecutors Office, Civil Litigation Section, Labor Law Section, and Contracts Section of the Law Department. Prior to serving the City of Newark, he was an Assistant Essex County Counsel assigned to its Labor & Employment Section. He was also the First Assistant Township Attorney for the Township of Irvington. Willie is an Adjunct Professor at Montclair State University where he teaches students about wills, estates, and trusts. He also served as an Adjunct Professor at Seton Hall School of Law where he taught Trial Persuasion and Advocacy. After law school, Willie served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Nestor F. Guzman, Presiding Superior Court Judge, Family Division in Paterson, New Jersey. He received his LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Temple University School of Law, his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, and his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of North Texas.
