When we enable children to connect their minds to their bodies they become focused and develop careful listening habits. With the ability to receive information they become energised further in their learning. From here their confidence grows as they become strong and robust, becoming an overall happy learner. Now they are able to be in a relaxed and self regulated mindset that will enable them to recognise their strengths and achieve.
