My experience includes working in HR, teaching in FE / local community, delivery of e-learning and Widening Participation projects in the community, running my own business, over 9 years working in Welfare to Work in the UK / Middle East in various roles and working with elite athletes in various sports... I provide a range of management services which are detailed below and I am passionate about supporting people to be successful. I believe that people have the potential / resources to find their own solutions, whether it is taking their first steps into employment, someone returning to work, people already in the workplace looking to progress or an elite athlete looking to be successful in their chosen sport...
