Established in 1923, The Hongkong and Yaumati Ferry Company was then renamed as "Hong Kong Ferry (Holdings) Company Limited" ("HKF Group") pursuant to a corporate restructuring in 1989. The principal activities of the HKF Group include property development and investment, ferry, shipyard and related operations. In view of the potential of the healthcare business, the Group has embarked on the medical specialties and aesthetic business as a diversification in 2022.
