Eun Hyoung Cho is the Chief Investment Officer and co-founder of IMM Asset Management. Ms. Cho has more than 21 years of experience in top financial institutions in Korea such as Samsung Life Insurance, Mirae Asset Global Investments, and Kyobo Securities. At Samsung Life, from 2002 to 2011, the largest insurance company in Korea, she has accumulated extensive experience in investment division covering domestic and foreign bonds, FX, mutual funds, structured products, and derivatives.
From 2011 to 2017, as a representative fund manager at Mirae Asset Global Investments, Ms. Cho managed fixed income funds worth USD 6 bn. Major investors included Samsung Life, Kyobo Life, Hanwha Life, MiraeAsset Life, ING Life, Samsung Fire & Marine, Hyundai Marine & Fire, Kookmin Bank, Hana Bank, Woori Bank, NHIS, and various retirement pension funds. In 2012, she was awarded 2nd place among domestic bond fund managers.
From 2017 to 2023 at Kyobo Securities, she was in charge of derivative investments worth USD 3.7 bn. Her coverages ranged from structuring to sale & trading of interest rates, equity derivatives, and credit-linked products.
Ms. Cho holds a B.A. in Liberal Art from Yonsei University and a master's degree in Real Estate from Konkuk University.
Hak Jae Kim - Chief Investment Officer
Hak Jae Kim is the Chief Investment Officer of IMM Investment and is responsible for Alternative Capital Markets. Prior to joining IMM, Mr. Kim was with Goldman Sachs, where he was Co-Head of Korea FICC Sales and served on the Korea Management and Risk Committee. Before joining Goldman Sachs, he was an Executive Director at Barclays Capital and head of the Marketing Division at Shinhan Asset Management. Mr. Kim began his career at Hyundai Investment and Securities. Mr. Kim earned a B.A. in French from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and an MBA from Sogang University, Korea.
Hoiwon Kim is a Managing Director of IMM Investment. Prior to joining IMM, Ms. Kim worked in Private Market Risk Mangement Department at National Pension Service Investment Management. Ms. Kim is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Kim started her investment banking career at SBC Warburg in 1997 when cross-border M&A first started in Korea. She was involved in major M&A transactions for large corporates in Korea from 1997 through 2001.
From 2004 to 2022, Ms. Kim worked for Global Market Division at JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank. During her 19 years in Market Business, she covered most of the leading Korean Financial Institutions including pensions, insurers, banks, securities, and asset managers introducing many ‘first-ever' products in the Korean investment market. She has experience in a wide range of products from traditional assets such as equity, bonds, FX to alternative assets like real estate, infrastructure, private debts, commodities, and fund derivatives. Especially in structured financing sector, she has led more than USD 10 bn of cross-border investments with major Korean institutions for the last 10 years.
Ms. Kim holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Yonsei University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.

Il Bu Joung currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at IMM & Co, which acts as the holding company for IMM Investment Corp., IMM Hong Kong, IMM Japan, IMM Singapore, and IMM Asset Management.
In addition, Mr. Joung also holds the position of Chief Investment Officer at IMM Investment Corp. Before his investment career, Mr. Joung accumulated experience at Samsung Electronics' Semiconductor Business.
Mr. Joung earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from Ajou University and Executive MBA from Seoul National University.
Jae Chul Byun is currently the Chief Executive Officer of IMM Investment. Prior to joining IMM, Mr. Byun worked at Financial Advisory Service team of Samil PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Byun is a Certified Public Accountant.

Timothy Dong-woo Chang is currently the Chief Executive Officer of IMM Investment Corp., and also Senior Partner of IMM PE. Timothy is a co-founder of IMM Investment Corp. where he led the build-out of the proprietary deal sourcing network and development of strong relationships with the Korean and international business communities. Prior to IMM, he worked at Peregrine Securities Korea and Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Chang received a B.A. in Law from Hanyang University.
Wonki Yoon is a Senior Managing Director of IMM Investment. Prior to joining IMM, Mr. Yoon was consultant at A.T. Kearney and an engineer at DASAN Networks.

Yoon is a Managing Director on the Investment Division at IMM Asset Management and has 15 years of experience at leading investment banks. From 2017 to 2023, Yoon led alternative asset distribution at Morgan Stanley, completing over 45 transactions worth more than USD 6 billion with areas of focus including M&A, Infrastructure, Commercial Real Estate, and Private Equity solutions. Yoon began his career at Deutsche Bank in 2009 and later moved to Westpac in 2014, where he covered the financial markets in both Hong Kong and Korea.
