Barney provides clients with specialized expertise in the areas of air service development, airport/airline business relations, and aviation infrastructure development. His accomplishments at the Metropolitan Washington Airports, the Airports Council International, and the Air Transport Association form the basis for 20 years of successful consulting for public and private sector clients worldwide. Barney is an expert at integrating global trends and perspectives with specific and varied project requirements. This expertise has enabled him to provide the benefits of his long-standing involvement in the international air transport sector to the unique requirements of clients, projects and initiatives.
Celina is involved in research and analysis for a wide range of economic, regulatory, and logistics projects for several government and private sector clients in Canada and the U.S. She has served as the primary analyst in a number of economic impact studies, assessing the contribution of numerous airports, ports and tourism activity to the economy. She also provides support for various trade analyses, market leakage studies, literature reviews and other transportation studies, identifying key findings and insights. She has experience working with several international trade databases and statistical applications. Celina holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of British Columbia.
Christopher is a specialist in aviation activity forecasting and is a leader in Inter VISTAS‘ industry-leading risk-based forecasting process. In his 10 years of experience with Inter VISTAS he has led or been a part of forecasts for more than 30 airports, ranging from small regional airports to global mega hubs in Canada, Europe, New Zealand, the Caribbean, and the United States. Mr. Greer is experienced in conducting strategic risk analysis of airports as part of Inter VISTAS‘ risk-based forecasting process. His other areas of expertise include air cargo market analysis and strategy, econometric analysis, and transportation economics. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science, both from the University of Victoria, and has completed the coursework for a Master of Arts in Economics.
Dan is an experienced airport master planner who specializes in ground transportation facility planning. He understands the relationships between the physical, operational, and financial needs of airports. Dan has worked at over 50 airports throughout the world, managing master plans in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America and assisted on many others. He has conducted a wide range of ground access studies including curbside and roadway planning and simulation; parking strategies, layouts, designs, and demand analysis; and rental car facility planning. Dan is currently the Vice Chair of ASCE's Airport Planning and Operations Committee and is a frequent speaker at industry events and conferences. Dan holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (transportation) from the University of California, Berkeley and is fluent in Spanish.
Daniel is passionate about aviation and has nearly 25 years of airline commercial leadership experience. He has a proven track record of working across airlines, cultures, and governments to deliver transformational initiatives. Daniel has managed one of the world's largest airline Joint Ventures, led commercial negotiations, implemented new codeshare partnerships amongst other regulatory duties. He leads key areas of our business, including aviation market analyses for airlines, airports and governments as well as regulatory/policy responsibilites. He holds a graduate degree in Transportation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and undergraduate degrees in Economics and Geography from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Doris has worked with numerous clients in various industries to identify broad economic benefits. With 15 years of marketing and consulting experience at InterVISTAS, she manages the economic impact analysis practice. Doris also works in several different areas including market research, air service development, economic analysis and market intelligence. She has been involved in and has project managed several integrative consulting projects that span across several different practice areas. Doris has a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Marketing and Finance from the University of Manitoba.
Eden has over twenty years of administrative experience. She specializes in Project Accounting with experience in manufacturing, capital expenditure, and consulting. She settled down in Vancouver after living in California, Alberta and Vancouver Island.
Gavin focuses on solving challenges faced by airport operators in their parking and ground transportation facilities. His approach recognizes the inter-relationships between the physical, operational, and financial aspects of these airport facilities and their combined influence on the airline passenger experience and the operational and business needs of the airports and their tenants. Over the last 20 years he has applied this comprehensive approach at over 50 airports in North America, Europe, and Asia, including work for airport authorities and owners, private airport operators, and other stakeholders. Gavin has a Master's of Science degree in Civil Engineering (transportation) from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
George is a seasoned strategic aviation and airport leader with the wealth of international experience in public and private sector, on both the client and the consulting side, with an in‑depth air traffic and transportation knowledge of all aspects of civil aviation and airport planning and development, management, and operations. Nimble, agile, and innovative in anticipation and response to ever changing aviation industry environment, with proven skills in developing and motivating diverse and multi-disciplinary teams and in building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relations and focused on providing competitive and financially sound solutions that meet or exceed clients' expectations. George provides expert advisory in the areas of aviation and airport planning & development, airport master & land use planning, capacity and infrastructure planning, capital and operational budget planning, strategic and business planning, leadership & stakeholder engagement, and program management.

Heather is a seasoned Airport Strategy Manager recognized for her ability to foster collaboration and deliver meaningful results within the aviation industry. With a robust foundation in corporate strategy, stakeholder engagement, performance reporting, and strategic planning, she excels at transforming complex data and innovative ideas into actionable, value-driven solutions. Heather's adaptability and forward-looking approach enable her to navigate and respond effectively to the evolving dynamics of the aviation landscape. She holds a Master's degree in International Relations from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia, and a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Foreign Languages from Graceland University in Lamoni, USA.
