Mr. Flood is the President, Professional staffing (UK), at Staffing 360 solutions. Mr. Flood is responsible for leading the UK business and has over 20 years' experience in the professional staffing industry.
Mr. Flood is responsible for setting the vision and strategic direction of the company, directing the leadership team, and building company culture.
Mr. Flood sold Initio International to Staffing 360 Solutions in January 2014. Prior to Initio, he spent seven years at Hudson Global, Inc. (Nasdaq: HSON) in various roles in Europe and the United States, culminating with Mr. Flood leading the company's IPO and listing of its common stock on the Nasdaq National Market in 2003. During 2004 and 2005 he was the
Connor joined Lighthouse Professional Services in February as a Sourcing Specialist in Shelton, CT. Connor is a recent graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University.
Although new to recruitment, Connor is experienced in customer service. Prior to joining Lighthouse, Connor worked at Sabrina Pools & Spa - in his hometown of Coventry, Connecticut, where he learned the importance of customer service and customer satisfaction.
Connor has the drive to be successful at whatever he sets his mind toward. He is a very outgoing and competitive person who is always looking for challenges and expanding his goals. In his spare time, he likes to play hockey, golf, and watch all New York sports. Connor is pleased to join the company during this exciting period in our industry and to start a promising career in staffing.

Ed Simpson joined the company in 2020 as Senior Vice President.
Ed Simpson is an industry leader with 20+ years of business development and operations management experience in the staffing industry; his areas of expertise include professional services, corporate services, and on-site/outsourced solutions. Throughout his career, Ed has worked in senior management and provided high-level consultative services to a variety of national firms. He excels at connecting with people, building effective teams and devising/executing strategies to foster streamlined operations and revenue growth. Ed approaches business growth, management and relationships with collegial honesty and integrity. For this reason, a variety of companies and clients rely on Ed for his eye for detail, nuanced business solutions and ability to identify and encourage staffing talent to meet their full potential.
Ed graduated from LaGuardia College and serves on the board of The New York Staffing Association.
Jacob started with Lighthouse Professional Services' Shelton branch as a Sourcing Specialist in October 2021 and transitioned into a Staffing Specialist role in January 2022. The mentorship of Dan Dubay and Ben Champagne has helped him fast-track his career. Jacob is motivated to further his knowledge of the technical/engineering field so that he can develop into a top-performing recruiter.
Lauren joined the Shelton office of Lighthouse Professional Services in August 2021 as a Staffing Specialist, focusing on finding candidates for the A&F, customer service and administrative roles.
Lauren graduated from Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire with a Communication degree and a Fine Arts minor. She has a diverse background including human resources and administrative positions as well as hospitality and Martial Arts instruction positions.
Administrative Assistant, Oribel Reyes, is a dedicated Assistant who cares! She is committed to helping recruiters find and onboard the most qualified/best-fit candidates for jobs, but she also cares deeply about her contractors and is a great support to them throughout their employment experience with Lighthouse.
Sherrine joined Lighthouse Professional Services in November 2021 as a Full Desk Recruiter. She brings 25 years of successful experience in technical/engineering recruitment, business development, and management of strategic accounts.
Sherrine has extensive knowledge in the areas of Aircraft, Aerospace & Defense, Industrial Automation, and Wire & Cable. One of her professional accomplishments includes "Outstanding Supplier of the Year" from Sikorsky Aircraft, the largest contract ever awarded to a single supplier.
Stephanie Weeden rejoined Lighthouse Professional Services team as Technical Recruiter in the N. Andover, MA office. She knows that everyone here is always open to new ideas and that she has the resources of Staffing 360 to support her.
She's looking to grow within company that not only supports but appreciates its employees. Stephanie's biggest strength would be her high level of patience and ability to withstand any challenges that come her way.
Her prior experience with Monroe Staffing and Lighthouse Professional coupled with her excellent customer service skills, makes her an asset to our team.
