Max Crider is an technical animator and artist who creates eccentric characters that explore the relationships between each other and their developing worlds. During this developing process aspects of narrative structure intertwine to the life..... My name is Max J Crider and I am a 3D artist and educator based out of Chicago. I work as a technical animator at High Voltage Software. I work on games creating deformations for character and real time simulations. In my personal work I love designing characters, especially experimental ones, that push the idea of what a character could be, how it could act and what engagement between characters can look like... I also consider teaching an important part of my art practice because it's something I have always enjoyed and I think it's important to give back.
