Moulton & Price Property Management, LLC ("M&P Property Management) was reluctantly formed in 2013. In truth, we don't particularly like HOA's, but we were constantly hearing complaints being voiced by friends that were not happy with their communities, due in large part to their HOA management company. Upon receiving numerous requests to form a management company, we finally succumbed, and M&P Property Management was born.
