OARC's mission is to create and stimulate sustainable economic development through innovative and creative use of our available resources while improving the quality of life for residents in West Oak Lane and other neighborhoods throughout the Northwest section of Philadelphia... As OARC celebrates its 40 th Anniversary, be on the look-out for exciting activities from our 5 point pillars! As a Public/Private organization, OARC has become the philanthropic arm of our overall corporate branding and although this type of philosophy is not the norm for community development corporations we continue to note "where there is a void, OARC hopes to fill!"
