Cathy Tribble

Cathy has a Masters in Nursing and, after a long career as a nurse, left that field to join the Tribble Law Firm as Client Coordinator and Paralegal. Elder Law, Estate Planning and Estate Administration frequently cross over into the world of healthcare. Cathy's expertise in direct patient care, nursing administration and navigation of the healthcare culture strengthens our ability to holistically serve our clients. This is particularly true when long term care and Medicaid application are necessary.

Phillip M. Tribble

Phillip has been practicing law in the Capital District since 1979. He has offices in Clifton Park and Kinderhook, New York. He graduated from Valparaiso University with a BA in 1972, from Yale University School of Divinity with a MAR in 1975, and from Albany Law School in 1978, receiving a Juris Doctorate degree. Phil is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Elder Law Section and Trust and Estates Section of the New York Bar Association, The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Albany County Bar Association, Columbia County Bar Association and Saratoga County Bar Association. He has lectured on Elder and Medicaid Law for the Elder Law Section of the New York Bar Association; on Medicaid, Estate Planning and Estate Administration for the National Business Institute; and has been a guest speaker on Estate Planning for the CSEA Union Northern Region. Phil's practice is concentrated in the areas of estate and Medicaid planning, elder law, probate and estate administration and real estate.

Rheri Tribble Kenney

Rheri has worked as an Administrator since 2003. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Boston University. Rheri has worked in both Boston and San Francisco as an Executive Assistant to several different CEO's throughout her career, including former Congressman and current CEO of The Asia Foundation in San Francisco. Most recently, she worked in the Marketing and Education Department of Stoneham Theatre, a professional theatre outside of Boston. Her current job, in addition to working at Tribble Law, is one of her most challenging and most gratifying-caring for her two young daughters with her husband, Jim.
