Andrew is responsible for leading the RBC BlueBay Asset Management (RBC Global Asset Management's business outside North America) HR teams as well as leading the HR work stream in the RBC GAM UK and BlueBay transition project. Andrew provides advice and counsel on all aspects of Human Resources and works in collaboration across Human Resources to develop and deliver solutions for people strategies focused on: talent management; leadership development; employee engagement; compensation; performance; change management and diversity and inclusion. Andrew joined in March 2011 and has held a variety of HR roles supporting I&TS, Wealth Management and GAM.

Anthony is Head of Business Development for RBC BlueBay Asset Management (RBC Global Asset Management's business outside North America), a position he assumed in 2020. He joined the firm in September 2012 as Sales Director for UK and Ireland before becoming the Head of the UK team in May 2017. Anthony joined from Old Mutual Asset Managers where he was Director of their institutional business. Prior to that he spent ten years with Alliance Bernstein, working in Australia, New Zealand and latterly in the UK, as a sales and client relations director. His career in financial services began at Deloitte & Touche in Cape Town in 1995. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Town and is a chartered accountant. Anthony is a CFA charterholder.

Chris is Chief of Staff for RBC BlueBay Asset Management (RBC Global Asset Management's business outside North America) and is responsible for corporate strategy and oversight of RBC BlueBay's continental European and Hong Kong businesses. Prior to this appointment, Chris was Chief Executive Officer and a Director of RBC GAM UK. Before this he was COO for GAM UK. Prior to moving to the UK, Chris was Director of Strategic Initiatives for RBC GAM's Canadian Institutional business where he was responsible for driving organisational strategy. Chris joined RBC GAM in 2012 from ING Direct in Australia where he worked in the Corporate Strategy team and prior to that held a number of roles within financial services including RBS, Bank of America and Merrill Lynch. Chris holds an MBA from Hawaii Pacific University and BSc from Thomas University, both in the U.S. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Craig is the Global Chief Financial Officer for RBC Global Asset Management (RBC GAM), having previously been Chief Financial Officer for BlueBay Asset Management (which is now part of RBC GAM). He is also a member of the RBC GAM Leadership Committee and the RBC GAM Strategy Sub-Committee. Craig joined BlueBay in March 2008 as a Senior Manager within Fund Accounting; and held a number of senior roles within the firm before being appointed CFO in January 2018. Craig was promoted to RBC GAM Global CFO on 1 November 2020.
Prior to joining, Craig held a number of roles with Credit Suisse covering emerging markets fixed income market risk management; and the product control function for the emerging markets structured lending suite of products. Craig is a Chartered Accountant, qualifying with Deloitte in South Africa. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with majors in Accounting and Information Systems, both from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.

Gerard is Head of Business Development Strategy for RBC BlueBay Asset Management (RBC Global Asset Management's business outside North America). In this role he is tasked with ensuring the BlueBay fixed income platform has a robust and coherent sales plan aligned with business strategy, together with the operational infrastructure required to execute the plan. This covers IT systems, processes, policies and procedures, organization design, performance management, as well as co-ordinating dependencies and interactions with other teams across the firm. He joined in April 2013 from Aviva Investors where he was Global Head of Sales & Marketing Operations.
Gerard began his career as a research fellow at the University of Southampton before moving into IT and management consulting at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and Hewlett Packard where he was UK Director of Consulting, followed by a number of consulting and interim sales leadership roles in private and public sector organisations. Gerard holds a BSc in Biology (1988) and PhD in Computer Science (1992) from the University of Southampton. He was awarded the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) in 2008 and the Diploma in Strategic Sales Practice (2011) from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Gianni is Head of Product Development for RBC BlueBay Asset Management (RBC Global Asset Management's business outside North America) and specialises in open-ended fund launches, product strategy, peer analysis and ESG Regulations. He joined the firm as Senior Product Development Manager in January 2014 from Neuberger Berman, where he was the lead on product launches and market intelligence for Europe for two and a half years. Prior to that, he was a Product Developer at UBS Global Asset Management in Paris. Gianni holds a postgraduate degree in Finance - Portfolio Management from IAE Gustave Eiffel in Paris and is a CFA charterholder.

Habib is a senior portfolio manager and head of Global Equities at RBC Global Asset Management, where he leads a team of 11 global sector specialists. Prior to joining the firm in 2014, Habib had worked as head of Global Equities, head of Small & Mid Cap Research, and head of North American and Global Equities Research for a number of global asset management firms. He started his career in the investment industry in 1994. Habib holds a Bachelor of Science from the London School of Economics. He is also an Associate of the Society of Investment Professionals and a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Heidi is Head of Client Experience for RBC BlueBay Asset Management (RBC Global Asset Management's business outside North America) having previously been Head of Institutional Client Services for the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions for RBC GAM UK. Heidi joined RBC Global Asset Management (RBC GAM) in 2013 as part of a two-year rotational program which allowed her to work in a variety of roles within the RBC Asset Management and Wealth Management business in North America and Europe, including the Chief Economist's office.
Heidi joined RBC GAM's London office in early 2015 initially as Institutional Marketing Services Manager and head of the London-based RFP team. Since 2016, she has led the Client Services Team serving RBC GAM UK's EMEA and international institutional clients. Prior to joining RBC GAM, Heidi provided legal counsel at a Montreal-based law firm offering business and international legal expertise in a broad array of areas, particularly in banking and security matters. Heidi earned an MBA from Concordia University's John Molson School of Business, as well as a Law degree from the University of Regensburg, in Germany.

James is a Director of Minsheng Royal Fund Management, China. James has 29 years' experience in financial services. He started his career at Slaughter and May, where he qualified as a solicitor. James holds a Law degree from the University of Oxford.

Jayne is responsible for devising and implementing global marketing strategies for institutional audiences across RBC Global Asset Management (RBC GAM), including RBC BlueBay Asset Management. She leads communications across EMEA APAC and forms part of RBC GAM's Leadership Committee. Jayne also leads the Corporate Responsibility Committee in EMEA APAC and is a member of the RBC GAM Leadership Committee D&I group. She has over 20 years of industry experience in communications, reputation management and marketing across institutional and retail asset management.
Prior to joining, Jayne worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, leading corporate communications for their institutional and investment trust business in EMEA. Prior to this, she has lead PR for a fund of hedge fund and driven communications and business development for both a platform business and an industry consultancy. Jayne holds a BA (Hons) degree in Business and Management from Oxford Brookes University. She is also a trustee for Panathlon Challenge, a charity providing access to sport for children with disabilities.

Jean-Philippe is Chief Risk Officer for RBC BlueBay and joined the firm in March 2011. Jean-Philippe oversees Investment Risk (market, liquidity and counterparty risk) and Performance & Attribution across all RBC BlueBay funds. His responsibilities also include the management of the Quantitative & Data Science team who is tasked with supporting the Portfolio Management teams in their investment process. Prior to BlueBay, Jean-Philippe was at JPMorgan Chase Investment Bank where he was Head of LATAM & EMEA Credit Market Risk Management and before that Head of EMEA Local Market Risk management. Prior to this, he was managing his own portfolio as a proprietary trader at JPMorgan Chase Investment Bank investing in EM credit, fixed income and FX products, and before that he started his career as a risk analyst covering European credit markets. Ken joined BlueBay Asset Management (which is now part of RBC Global Asset Management) in April 2003 and is Head of Japan and Asia Pacific. Prior to his current role, Ken was Partner, Head of Sales for Northeast Asia. Prior to joining Ken spent 15 years at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (formerly Mercury Asset Management) in London where he was a managing director and senior portfolio manager in their fixed income department, responsible for managing a multi-currency global bond portfolio and currency overlay for the entire book of global bond mandates. Previously, Ken spent seven years at Nomura Securities, beginning his career as an equity analyst at Nomura Tokyo, before moving into a senior sales role at Nomura London. Ken holds a BSc from Boston University.

Laurence is a portfolio manager and deputy head of the Emerging Markets Equity team at RBC Global Asset Management. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, she headed the emerging markets team of a leading U.K. asset manager. In this role, Laurence was responsible for managing Asian and global emerging market income strategies and developing quantitative stock selection and environmental analysis models. She began her investment career in 1998 as a quantitative analyst at a major financial services company, where she supported European and global equity portfolio management by developing quantitative models to assist in the portfolio construction and security selection process. Laurence holds a Magistère d'Économiste Statisticien and a D.E.S.S. Statistique et Économétrie from Université de Toulouse. She is also a CFA charterholder.

Mark is Chief Investment Officer for BlueBay fixed income. He has over 29 years' investment experience as a macro fixed income investor and has been a senior BlueBay portfolio manager since he joined in August 2010. As a macro risk taker, Mark actively pursues an open dialogue with policy makers and opinion formers, believing that proprietary research is key to gaining insights to generate strong investment returns. Prior to joining the firm, Mark was Head of Fixed Income in Europe for Deutsche Asset Management, a role he previously occupied at Invesco. He started his career as a fixed income portfolio manager at Morgan Grenfell in 1993 and holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Warwick.

During his time at Deutsche, Paul was responsible for managing the cash management teams across global fixed income and equity. He has extensive experience in institutional and hedge fund operations, including trade lifecycle, treasury and transition management. Polina is Head of BlueBay Emerging Markets and BlueBay Senior Portfolio Manager. In addition to oversight of investments across all EM strategies, Polina is also a lead portfolio manager for several flagship funds in EM sovereign, credit and local markets, including long only and alternative products. Polina started her career in emerging markets after the Russian financial crisis in 1998 and has, since then, gained expertise across a broad range of emerging market financial assets.
Polina joined BlueBay Asset Management (which is now part of RBC Global Asset Management) in July 2005 from UBS where she was a credit analyst in EM corporate research. Her role encompassed coverage of EM issuers as well as research support for primary issuance of corporate debt. Prior to this, Polina was with Alliance Capital where she was an emerging markets equity analyst and then moved on to pioneer emerging markets quantitative research at the firm. She started her career in a macro research boutique in Russia. Polina holds an MSc (Hons) in Finance from the People's Friendship University of Russia, Moscow and is a CFA charterholder.
