Mr. Tatili joined Renaud Consulting in August of 2022 and brings first-hand experience in managing small businesses in the food industry for 10+ years in Rome, Italy, and for 15+ years in Wisconsin prior to moving to the DMV area. Managing businesses and dealing with customers, contractors, vendors, county health departments, and corporate sales representatives, has equipped Mr. Tatili with the skills and knowledge necessary to support his day-to-day tasks as a member of the RC Property Management Team.
Agron is studying to complete an Associate Degree in Business Management. He resides with his family in Virginia and in his spare time, he enjoys reading, cooking, and cheering for the Green Bay Packers.

Alan Tan is responsible for commercial leasing and sales at Renaud Consulting, specializing in tenant representation of Asian food restaurateurs in search of dynamic locations for their restaurants. These tenants include Chinese restaurants, hot pots, Korean BBQ, Bubble Tea and Asian supermarkets. Alan is also responsible for the nationwide master brokerage for Moge Tee, a global fruit tea franchise growing in major markets throughout the United States.
Currently, Mr. Tan serves as the President of the Asian Restaurant Association in Metro DC. Alan also received the Best Asian Restaurant Operator Award from City Paper, Gazette, and Washington Magazines. In 2019, he was given the Excellent Commercial Real Estate Award from the Chinese Real Estate Association in the DC metro area.
Alan graduated from SUNY Stony Brook, NY with a BS degree in Electrical Engineering. He held the title of Senior Vice President for investment banking with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in New York City.
Alan is a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers. While in NYC, Mr. Tan served as the youngest president of the INTERNATIONAL Lions Club. Alan also served as a member of the board of directors of Vis Arts, the largest art center In the Rockville, MD area.

Mr. Fontaine has over 25 years of experience in the area of real estate construction & engineering, with specialized experience in property management, acquisition and development. He has successfully completed numerous land acquisition / development projects, and continues to provide technical expertise to clients regarding land use, zoning regulation, and land development in the Northern Virginia region.
Andre currently serves as Property Manager and Construction Manager at Renaud Consulting. A registered civil engineer in Virginia and Maryland, he has extensive experience in all facets of commercial and residential land development, encompassing: due diligence; concept engineering; subdivision entitlements; site plans; storm water management; siltation & erosion control; on-site sewage disposal; potable water system design and installation; hydrogeology; legal documents associated with sale, lease, development & acquisitions; legal documents associated with deeds, easements, covenants, homeowners and condominium associations.
Mr. Fontaine has previously worked as a site design engineer, responsible for the preparation of grading, site, and erosion control plans, roadway design calculations, and storm water detention design; and as an assistant in zoning research, land use planning, site development permitting, and building permits for a commercial development company. Andre has also been involved with all aspects of property management throughout his career.
Mr. Fontaine holds a B. S. in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and is a registered professional engineer with the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of Maryland. He is a certified OSHA Hazardous Materials Site Worker, an On-Site Haz-Mat Management Supervisor and a Confined Space Entry Worker. Mr. Fontaine is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Environmental Water Resource Institute (EWRI). Mr. Fontaine currently serves on the Town of Leesburg (Virginia) Watershed Advisory Committee.

Mr. Poncher enjoys 15+ years of experience in the retail real estate industry and is extremely dedicated to his craft. Ms. Mondragon is responsible for graphic design and social media at Renaud Consulting. Angie's creative and innovative approach to marketing enables Renaud Consulting to push the limits of new technology and market properties and services in new and exciting ways. Ms. Mondragon's acute focus and endless energy are key ingredients in our formula to build a brand that people can trust and rely upon for first class commercial real estate services. Ms. Mondragon is a recent graduate of Radford University, receiving a bachelor's degree of Fine Arts in Graphic Design in May 2020.

With over thirty (30) years of experience in commercial real estate, Ms. Page has represented landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers in leasing and selling various types of commercial real estate, including retail, office, industrial and vacant land. Early in her real estate career, Ann gained much experience in retail leasing working with the A.J. Dwoskin Company. Then, at Randall Hagner Company, Ann served as Vice President and Partner, where she was a consistent Top Producer for many years in both leasing and sales. Later, Ann was recruited by Keller Williams, where she managed and expanded the Commercial Division in McLean, Virginia, and then went forward in building the Keller Williams Commercial Divisions in Tyson's Corner and Arlington, Virginia.
Ms. Page specializes in finding off-market deals for seasoned investors. She is also an expert in condo office conversions and has acted as a consultant in repositioning office buildings for condominium sales in various retail and office projects. Her marketing and management background, together with years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, have earned Ann recognition and numerous awards in the greater Washington area. In addition, Ms. Page has taught commercial real estate classes to agents with local firms, as well as bankers and developers.
Ms. Page has a degree in Economics from the University of Kentucky and serves on numerous volunteer Boards in Northern Virginia. She is the President Elect of the Tysons Rotary Club and the D. C. Commander of the Sovereign Order of St. John. She was President of the McLean Orchestra, and for two years has Co-Chaired the Charity Auction for CharityWorks. Ann is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is licensed to sell and lease commercial real estate in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Christina is a very important part of the Accounting Team at Renaud Consulting, in that she processes all invoices received for payment. Ms. Nguyen works under the direction of our Controller, Don Fassett, and has exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Prior to working at Renaud Consulting, Ms. Nguyen performed similar duties as a final biller at Northrop Grumman. Mr. Hando serves as Chief Financial Officer where he leads the accounting department in all day-to-day activities while working on key financial decisions impacting the company. He brings with him more than 10 years of directly-related business and financial real estate experience. Previously, he was a Controller at Acento where he oversaw the financial reporting for the residential property management portfolio. Prior to his time at Acento, Mr. Hando was Controller at Edge Commercial Real Estate, where he managed all corporate and investment-level accounting, financial reporting and internal controls. Mr. Dosik is the Director of Property Management and oversees the firm's operating division which services in excess of 1.0 million square feet of commercial real estate. Ed has extensive experience in property management for numerous types of real estate, including shopping centers, office buildings and mixed-use assets.
Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Mr. Dosik was the Director of the Commercial Division at Southern Management Corporation where, along with a team of 12-14 other employees, was responsible for approximately 1.0 million square feet of retail and office properties. His work also included extensive leasing, construction and contractor supervision, budgeting and tenant engagement programs.
Preceding his tenure at Southern Management Corporation, Mr. Dosik was the Vice President of Financial Operations for First Washington Realty, Inc. where he managed a portfolio of ten (10) shopping centers located in the Mid-Atlantic region. Ed also has wide-ranging experience in both large companies and small companies focused on purchase and sale transactions, review of construction documents, value-added leasing and closing debt transactions.
Mr. Dosik started his career with one of the national accounting firms in their Washington, DC office with a concentration in real estate clients. He holds a BS in Accounting and Economics from the Wharton School of Finance, University of Pennsylvania and maintains an active CPA license. Ed is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is a native Washingtonian and now lives in Maryland.

As Property Accountant, Ms. Nasir assists our Controller and Chief Financial Officer with all aspects of commercial real estate accounting. Fermi's responsibilities at RC include preparation of monthly financial statements, reconciling balance sheet accounts, producing real estate tax and insurance billings for tenants and the like.
With prior experience in the mortgage industry, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics & Business Management from Washington College in Chestertown MD, Fermi has the fundamental skill sets and experience to enable her to excel within our accounting team. Additionally, Ms. Nasir is proficient in Bangla, her native language. Outside of work, Fermi finds relaxation in reading and practicing yoga.

Mr. Renaud has a wide breadth of knowledge of, and 30+ years experience in, the real estate industry. He oversees all operations of Renaud Consulting and specializes in retail leasing, management, investments and strategic planning. Prior to founding Renaud Consulting, Mr. Renaud was Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at First Washington Realty, Inc. ("FWR") where he was responsible for acquisitions and dispositions of shopping centers nationwide. Previously at FWR, Mr. Renaud served as Director of Leasing and was responsible for overseeing leasing agents and approving leases for 60+ properties throughout the east coast. Mr. Renaud practiced real estate law at Holland & Knight in the early 1990s and holds a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center, a M.B.A. in Real Estate and Urban Development from American University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan. His professional affiliations include membership in the Virginia State Bar and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Mr. Spector is an experienced real estate executive with over 30 years in the real estate industry. He focuses primarily on acquisitions for Renaud Consulting, but also counsels third party clients in purchasing and selling commercial real estate. Jack's strong skills and experience in real estate finance enable him to arrange various debt and equity structures which facilitate RC's acquisition of commercial real estate.
Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Mr. Spector was the founder of Realty Capital Company and RCC Asset Management Company where he was responsible for the acquisition, capitalization and asset management of the investment assets. Preceding his tenure at RCC, Mr. Spector was one of the founders and Executive Vice President of First Washington Realty Trust, a publically traded Real Estate Investment Trust ("REIT") traded on the NYSE. Prior to First Washington becoming a REIT, Jack's duties at First Washington included deal structuring, securing debt and equity and all financial activity of the company.

Mr. O'Neill is a seasoned veteran of our RC Marketing Team, specializing in retail leasing and sales. With over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, James knows what it takes to close a deal, and knows the trade areas (throughout the Mid-Atlantic region) in which to make deals happen. James' experience is invaluable and his leadership and mentorship add significant value and capability to the RC Marketing Team.
Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Mr. O'Neill served as Senior Vice President at Lincoln Property Company and was responsible for all retail activity in the Washington DC Metro Area, including landlord representation and tenant representation. Mr. Fantle specializes in tenant representation for retail and medical clients. Jeffrey brings to Renaud Consulting approximately 19 years of experience in the commercial real estate business, together with more than 25 years of experience in the retail drug store business, where he concentrated on operations, site selection, construction, merchandising and lease negotiations.
Mr. Fantle's well-rounded experience in the retail and medical sectors provides him with invaluable insight into the real estate needs of his clients. His extensive client list includes AutoZone, The Simple Greek, Coldstone Creamery, The Joint Chiropractic, Pittsburgh Plate Glass, Yoga Shak, Scout and Molly's and Woodhouse Day Spa. Most notably, for 14 years, Mr. Fantle was involved in relocating many of the administrative departments at Children's National Medical Center, such as IT, operations, human resources and Children's Foundation from the main Children's Hospital campus. In addition, Mr. Fantle has handled site selection and lease negotiation for several regional outpatient clinics in Maryland and Northern Virginia, as well as the relocation of several physician offices.
Mr. Fantle received his bachelor's degree in pharmacy from Drake University.

Mr. Marigliano specializes in retail commercial leasing, representing both landlords and tenants throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. In addition, John is active in the sale of commercial properties and the sale/transfer of commercial businesses as a business broker. Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Mr. Marigliano was Vice President of Leasing and Retail Sales at Thur and Associates and a sales associate at Long and Foster Real Estate.
Prior to his real estate career, John was involved in the ownership and operation of numerous restaurants, including the creation of critically acclaimed Pasta Basta Trattoria and Benny's Bayou Kitchen, both casual dining restaurants in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Some of the many businesses he owned include national and regional chains such as Bojangle's Famous Chicken and Biscuits and Jerry's Subs and Pizza, in which he was a multi-unit operator.

Mr. Izadi joined the Renaud Consulting team in 2022. He is focused on leasing and investment sales. Kamron is a driven professional who possesses a can-do attitude. He has a passion for building relationships and dealmaking. Representing clients and making sure their needs are met is his number one objective. As Property Accountant, Ms. Thapa is responsible for a variety of accounting practices, including the production of financial statements, financial analyses, bank account reconciliations, and the preparation of monthly packages for PM clients. Khagi has experience in accounting both in Nepal and in the United States, which gives her a broad perspective on financial matters that aids her in problem-solving and auditing.
Mr. Pick is responsible for tenant and landlord representation for retail clients and properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, with a special emphasis on representing tenants in the food service industry. Over the last 32 years, Mr. Pick has been actively involved in all facets of commercial retail brokerage throughout the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area, including landlord representation, tenant representation, business brokerage and commercial acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Leonard served as a Leasing Representative at Next Realty. Leonard holds a BCE in Civil Engineering from City College of New York. Leonard is a licensed real estate broker in Maryland and a licensed salesperson in Virginia and the District of Columbia. He has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 1992.

Lili is a powerful force in the workplace, as she uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed.

Maninder is a graduate of the Real Estate Associate Program (REAP) sponsored by the commercial real estate industry, has a Masters in Economics from India, an M.B.A. from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and attended Georgetown University's program in International Business. As the Director of Development, Mark Fontaine oversees all aspects of RCDG's development projects, including the Wawa Development Program. Mr. Fontaine has been active in the real estate industry for nearly 30 years. Mark received a Bachelor's of Science degree from New England College in Henniker, New Hampshire. He is an active firefighter in Loudoun County and has served as President of Purcellville Fire Department and as Commissioner of Loudoun County Fire and Rescue. He continues to play ice hockey and is a coach for Reston Raiders Youth Hockey. Mr. Fontaine holds a CCIM designation.

Ms. Czarnaski serves as Assistant Property Manager at Renaud Consulting and is involved in all aspects of property management, including the development of effective relationships with owners and tenants; supervision of maintenance staff; general property maintenance; implementation of capital improvements and financial reporting and record keeping.
Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Ms. Czarnaski worked in property management for Lerner Enterprises in Rockville, Maryland for 24 years, where her duties included supporting tenants, coordinating work with vendors and contractors, assisting with daily business operations and monitoring property conditions in both retail shopping centers and Class A office buildings.
As a life-long resident of Northern Virginia, Mary Ann enjoys listening to music, visiting antique shops, watching old movies and is a huge Washington Capitals fan.

Mr. Gorman is responsible for commercial leasing and sales at Renaud Consulting. Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Mr. Gorman had his own law practice specializing in liquor licensing, zoning and real estate which he maintained for over 10+ years. Being a liquor store expert, Matt is very helpful to both tenants looking to open one or more liquor stores, or a landlord looking to lease space in their shopping center to a liquor store.
As an attorney, Mr. Gorman practiced zoning and real estate law at O'Malley Miles and holds a Juris Doctorate from George Washington University School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Frostburg State University.

Mr. Greenwood's first introduction to commercial real estate came as a Senior Sales Executive for Xerox Corporation in the mid-1980s when working with printing and reprographics companies throughout the Washington, DC area. More experience was gained as Director of Sales and Marketing for the Printhouse Express Printing Franchise System focusing on site selection and lease negotiations. His full-time career in commercial real estate began in 1984 with Nova Commercial Realty, later moving to the Centennial Development Company and eventually becoming the owner and General Manager of Metro Commercial Realty. For more than thirty years Mr. Greenwood has been actively involved in all phases of commercial real estate, including the representation of landlords, tenants, sellers and purchasers of retail, restaurant, warehouse and office space as well as sales and leasing of raw land. He has represented local, regional, national and international organizations.
Mr. Greenwood has served on advisory boards for Boys and Girls Clubs of Fairfax County and Prevent Blindness Virginia as well as serving on the Board of Directors for the Loudoun Valley Emmaus Community. He is licensed to sell and lease commercial real estate in Virginia.

Mr. J. Duggan Hirt ("Dug") facilitates the acquisition, leasing and sale of commercial real estate at Renaud Consulting. He focuses primarily on acquisitions for Renaud Consulting as a direct buyer, but also counsels third party clients by providing underwriting services, financial analyses and due diligence services in connection with purchasing and selling commercial real estate. He has helped grow several local firms, concentrated in the Northern Virginia suburbs, as well as participated as both a team member and a leader in global institutional environments (such as JPMorganChase, CBRE and Prudential Financial). Although well traveled and knowledgeable in most major markets in the United States, Mr. Hirt has spent most of his career and is very familiar with the suburbs of the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area and continues his current practice there, helping both property owners and tenants make the best use of their real estate. Mr. Hirt holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from George Mason University, is a licensed associate broker in Maryland and Virginia and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Mr. Alevrogiannis serves as our Director of Food Halls at Renaud Consulting. His background in the food industry started as a young child born to Greek immigrants who turned Restaurateurs. Nick joined Cana Development in 2012 where he led all leasing and food hall development including projects like Mount Vernon Marketplace (Baltimore first private food hall) and recently Western Market DC in Foggy Bottom. Nick has worked on more food halls than most people in the country ranging from 12,000sf to 33,000sf ground up developments.
Mr. Alevrogiannis has a BA in communications from McDaniel College and lives in Gaithersburg, MD with his family. Nick is licensed to lease and sell commercial and residential real estate in the State of Maryland, District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Ms. Narain specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial real estate, with an emphasis on gas stations, convenience stores, quick-service and sit-down restaurants and hotels. Tina also has deep experience in the sales of businesses, in representing both buyers and sellers, so she is well-equipped to assist buyers and sellers in a comprehensive approach to acquisitions and dispositions that involve a sale of a business coupled with a lease and/or sale of commercial real estate.

Rozana graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology. She is also fluent in Arabic.
Mr. Crowther is responsible for commercial leasing and sales at Renaud Consulting. Sam specializes in retail leasing, representing both tenants and landlords throughout Maryland and Virginia. Sam has over 15 years of experience in retail leasing, starting with H&R Retail as a Retail Broker, then with Hair Cuttery as a Real Estate Representative , then with Federal Realty as a Leasing Representative and lastly with Lee & Associates as a Leasing Broker. Mr. Crowther is licensed to lease and sell real estate in Maryland and Virginia (pending) and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
