Mr. Tatili joined Renaud Consulting in August of 2022 and brings first-hand experience in managing small businesses in the food industry for 10+ years in Rome, Italy, and for 15+ years in Wisconsin prior to moving to the DMV area. Managing businesses and dealing with customers, contractors, vendors, county health departments, and corporate sales representatives, has equipped Mr. Tatili with the skills and knowledge necessary to support his day-to-day tasks as a member of the RC Property Management Team. Agron is studying to complete an Associate Degree in Business Management. Alan Tan - SVP

Alan Tan is responsible for commercial leasing and sales at Renaud Consulting, specializing in tenant representation of Asian food restaurateurs in search of dynamic locations for their restaurants. These tenants include Chinese restaurants, hot pots, Korean BBQ, Bubble Tea and Asian supermarkets. Alan is also responsible for the nationwide master brokerage for Moge Tee, a global fruit tea franchise growing in major markets throughout the United States. Currently, Mr. Tan serves as the President of the Asian Restaurant Association in Metro DC. Alan also received the Best Asian Restaurant Operator Award from City Paper, Gazette, and Washington Magazines. In 2019, he was given the Excellent Commercial Real Estate Award from the Chinese Real Estate Association in the DC metro area. Alan graduated from SUNY Stony Brook, NY with a BS degree in Electrical Engineering. He held the title of Senior Vice President for investment banking with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in New York City. Alan is a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers. While in NYC, Mr. Tan served as the youngest president of the INTERNATIONAL Lions Club. Andre R. Fontaine

Mr. Fontaine has over 25 years of experience in the area of real estate construction & engineering, with specialized experience in property management, acquisition and development. He has successfully completed numerous land acquisition / development projects, and continues to provide technical expertise to clients regarding land use, zoning regulation, and land development in the Northern Virginia region. Andre currently serves as Property Manager and Construction Manager at Renaud Consulting. A registered civil engineer in Virginia and Maryland, he has extensive experience in all facets of commercial and residential land development, encompassing: due diligence; concept engineering; subdivision entitlements; site plans; storm water management; siltation & erosion control; on-site sewage disposal; potable water system design and installation; hydrogeology; legal documents associated with sale, lease, development & acquisitions; legal documents associated with deeds, easements, covenants, homeowners and condominium associations. Mr. Fontaine has previously worked as a site design engineer, responsible for the preparation of grading, site, and erosion control plans, roadway design calculations, and storm water detention design; and as an assistant in zoning research, land use planning, site development permitting, and building permits for a commercial development company. Andre has also been involved with all aspects of property management throughout his career. Mr. Fontaine holds a B. S. in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and is a registered professional engineer with the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of Maryland. He is a certified OSHA Hazardous Materials Site Worker, an On-Site Haz-Mat Management Supervisor and a Confined Space Entry Worker. Ann C. Page - VP

With over thirty (30) years of experience in commercial real estate, Ms. Page has represented landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers in leasing and selling various types of commercial real estate, including retail, office, industrial and vacant land. Early in her real estate career, Ann gained much experience in retail leasing working with the A.J. Dwoskin Company. Then, at Randall Hagner Company, Ann served as Vice President and Partner, where she was a consistent Top Producer for many years in both leasing and sales. Later, Ann was recruited by Keller Williams, where she managed and expanded the Commercial Division in McLean, Virginia, and then went forward in building the Keller Williams Commercial Divisions in Tyson's Corner and Arlington, Virginia. Ms. Page specializes in finding off-market deals for seasoned investors. She is also an expert in condo office conversions and has acted as a consultant in repositioning office buildings for condominium sales in various retail and office projects. Her marketing and management background, together with years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, have earned Ann recognition and numerous awards in the greater Washington area. In addition, Ms. Page has taught commercial real estate classes to agents with local firms, as well as bankers and developers. Edward Dosik

Mr. Dosik is the Director of Property Management and oversees the firm's operating division which services in excess of 1.0 million square feet of commercial real estate. Ed has extensive experience in property management for numerous types of real estate, including shopping centers, office buildings and mixed-use assets. Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Mr. Dosik was the Director of the Commercial Division at Southern Management Corporation where, along with a team of 12-14 other employees, was responsible for approximately 1.0 million square feet of retail and office properties. Preceding his tenure at Southern Management Corporation, Mr. Dosik was the Vice President of Financial Operations for First Washington Realty, Inc. where he managed a portfolio of ten (10) shopping centers located in the Mid-Atlantic region. Ed also has wide-ranging experience in both large companies and small companies focused on purchase and sale transactions, review of construction documents, value-added leasing and closing debt transactions. Mr. Dosik started his career with one of the national accounting firms in their Washington, DC office with a concentration in real estate clients. He holds a BS in Accounting and Economics from the Wharton School of Finance, University of Pennsylvania and maintains an active CPA license. Mr. Fantle specializes in tenant representation for retail and medical clients. Jeffrey brings to Renaud Consulting approximately 19 years of experience in the commercial real estate business, together with more than 25 years of experience in the retail drug store business, where he concentrated on operations, site selection, construction, merchandising and lease negotiations. Mr. Fantle's well-rounded experience in the retail and medical sectors provides him with invaluable insight into the real estate needs of his clients. His extensive client list includes AutoZone, The Simple Greek, Coldstone Creamery, The Joint Chiropractic, Pittsburgh Plate Glass, Yoga Shak, Scout and Molly's and Woodhouse Day Spa. Most notably, for 14 years, Mr. Fantle was involved in relocating many of the administrative departments at Children's National Medical Center, such as IT, operations, human resources and Children's Foundation from the main Children's Hospital campus. Over the last 32 years, Mr. Pick has been actively involved in all facets of commercial retail brokerage throughout the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area, including landlord representation, tenant representation, business brokerage and commercial acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Leonard served as a Leasing Representative at Next Realty. Leonard holds a BCE in Civil Engineering from City College of New York. Leonard is a licensed real estate broker in Maryland and a licensed salesperson in Virginia and the District of Columbia. He is an active firefighter in Loudoun County and has served as President of Purcellville Fire Department and as Commissioner of Loudoun County Fire and Rescue. Mary Ann Czarnaski

Merv Greenwood

Mr. Greenwood's first introduction to commercial real estate came as a Senior Sales Executive for Xerox Corporation in the mid-1980s when working with printing and reprographics companies throughout the Washington, DC area. More experience was gained as Director of Sales and Marketing for the Printhouse Express Printing Franchise System focusing on site selection and lease negotiations. His full-time career in commercial real estate began in 1984 with Nova Commercial Realty, later moving to the Centennial Development Company and eventually becoming the owner and General Manager of Metro Commercial Realty. For more than thirty years Mr. Greenwood has been actively involved in all phases of commercial real estate, including the representation of landlords, tenants, sellers and purchasers of retail, restaurant, warehouse and office space as well as sales and leasing of raw land. He has represented local, regional, national and international organizations. Mr. Greenwood has served on advisory boards for Boys and Girls Clubs of Fairfax County and Prevent Blindness Virginia as well as serving on the Board of Directors for the Loudoun Valley Emmaus Community. Mr. J. Duggan Hirt

He has helped grow several local firms, concentrated in the Northern Virginia suburbs, as well as participated as both a team member and a leader in global institutional environments (such as JPMorganChase, CBRE and Prudential Financial). Although well traveled and knowledgeable in most major markets in the United States, Mr. Hirt has spent most of his career and is very familiar with the suburbs of the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area and continues his current practice there, helping both property owners and tenants make the best use of their real estate. Mr. Hirt holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from George Mason University, is a licensed associate broker in Maryland and Virginia and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Nick Alevrogiannis

Mr. Alevrogiannis serves as our Director of Food Halls at Renaud Consulting. His background in the food industry started as a young child born to Greek immigrants who turned Restaurateurs. Nick joined Cana Development in 2012 where he led all leasing and food hall development including projects like Mount Vernon Marketplace (Baltimore first private food hall) and recently Western Market DC in Foggy Bottom. Nick has worked on more food halls than most people in the country ranging from 12,000sf to 33,000sf ground up developments.
