Adrian is a partner at TDS with a practice focused in the areas of labour, employment and human rights law.
Adrian has been thrilled to participate as a cast member in five of the musicals jointly produced by the Manitoba Theatre Centre and Manitoba Bar Association: The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (2015), How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying (2014), Legally Blonde (2013), The Producers (2010) and Chicago (2008).
Adrian served as President of the Manitoba Chamber Orchestra from 2008 to 2010, and served on its Board of Directors from 2000 to 2012.
Mr. MacInnes provides mentorship and guidance to lawyers in our office. He is also available as an arbitrator and mediator.

Albina's practice is concentrated in the area of commercial law.
Albina is a partner at TDS who's practice is concentrated in the area of commercial law with an emphasis on commercial and industrial real estate sales and purchases, property development, mortgage financing, mortgage sale and foreclosure proceedings, and leasing. Her practice also includes debt recovery and conservation easement related matters.
Albina is the past Chair of the National Real Property Section. She is also a past Director and Chair of the Board of Regents of The University of Winnipeg from which she received her Bachelor of Arts in 1984. Albina is also a past director of the Board of Directors for Riverview Health Centre.
Albina is the current Chair of the TDS Management Committee and supervises the TDS Residential Real Estate Department.
Allan has been in continuous private law practice since 1975. He has had many years of court room experience in criminal, family and civil litigation cases.
Andrea is engaged in a broad practice that includes bankruptcy and insolvency law, civil litigation, administrative law, intellectual property law and corporate commercial law.
Andrea is an associate at TDS who is engaged in a broad practice that includes bankruptcy and insolvency law, civil litigation, administrative law, intellectual property law and corporate commercial law. She also has experience assisting clients with adoptions. Following completion of her studies at the University of Manitoba, Andrea joined Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP as an articling student-at-law in 2009 and became an associate in June 2010. Andrea is fluently bilingual and works with clients in both English and French.
Andrew Sain is a partner with TDS who practices civil litigation and administrative law. His practice is focused primarily on the areas of insurance law, construction law, personal injury litigation, and commercial litigation.
Andrew regularly acts for insurers and insureds on complex matters relating to insurance coverage and on subrogated claims.
Andrew has appeared as counsel before the Provincial Court of Manitoba, the Manitoba Court of Queen's Bench, the Manitoba Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Canada, and the Federal Court of Appeal. He has acted on matters before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench, and the Saskatchewan Court of Queen's Bench. Andrew also represents clients in mediations, arbitrations and before administrative tribunals.
Andrew's practice is concentrated in the area of general corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on securities.
Antoine's practice is concentrated in the areas of expropriation law, municipal law, commercial law, litigation, administrative law and Indigenous law.
Bailey's practice is focused in the areas of construction law and civil and commercial litigation. Bailey uses she/her pronouns.
Bailey is a partner at TDS with a practice that focuses in the area of construction litigation. She acts for owners, general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers in construction disputes and construction project management matters such as tendering, procurement, contract drafting and negotiation, builder liens, and delay claims.
Barry's practice is focused in the areas of corporate finance and securities law.
Barry is a partner at TDS who's practice is focused in the areas of corporate finance and securities law. He advises Canadian and foreign corporations, investors and underwriters on private and public company matters and on all aspects of Canadian securities regulation. Barry also practices extensively in the mergers and acquisitions area and has been involved as counsel on a number of significant transactions in the domestic and international markets. In addition, Barry maintains a general corporate and commercial practice and advises on all types of transactions in those areas.
Bill is a partner at TDS who's practice is of a general nature, with an emphasis on Sexual Abuse Cases, Aboriginal Law, Collaborative Family Law, Mediation, Wills and Estates, Real Estate, Business Law and Civil Litigation.
Bradley's practice is focused primarily in the areas of securities law and corporate and commercial law. Bradley uses he/him pronouns.
Bryan has served as counsel in the areas of taxation, corporate and commercial law, personal and corporate tax planning.
Charles has been very active in the community having served on the Board of Directors and committees of various community organizations including the YMHA (now the Rady JCC), the Board of Directors of the Jewish Federation of Winnipeg, the Board of Directors of the Winnipeg Board of Jewish Education and the Board of Directors of the Canadian Friends of the Hebrew University.
Charles has been a sessional lecturer at the Faculty of Law (University of Manitoba), lecturer and seminar leader for the Bar Admission Course. From time to time he has presented on Family Law matters to the profession through the Law Society of Manitoba and the Manitoba Bar Association. As well he has been asked on several occasions to give presentations on Family Law property matters and Pre-Nuptial and Cohabitation agreements to Chartered Accountants and Financial Planning and Investment Companies.
Courtney's practice is focused in the areas of corporate and commercial law.
Dan is an associate with TDS who's practice is in corporate and commercial law.
Although Mason has a particular interest in corporate and commercial matters and assisting local businesses in managing their legal affairs, he maintains a broad practice and is able to serve clients in many different aspects of the law. Additional practice areas include municipal law, real estate transactions, wills, estates, and succession planning.
