TRI-COUNTY - Key Persons
A transplant from the Golden State, AJ brings experience to the Tri-County sales team after running his own small business in California. AJ bids projects including roofing and carpentry. After finding love in Ohio, he has settled down in Ney, OH with his fiance and her 2 kids. He really enjoys living in the rural area compared to the city because he is able to get outside to play with the kids. He loves gardening and using his home-grown vegetables to try new recipes off Pinterest.
Since 2020 Briana has been a part of the Tri-County team handling the office administrative tasks. If you have called our office, you have probably spoke with her! A native of Defiance she brings excellent customer service skills, a human resources background, and a bubbly personality with her to round out the office. Occasionally she will bring her pup Finn to the office for a visit! She enjoys spending time outside including golfing and roller blading and spending time with her boyfriend, family, and friends.
Steve was born and raised in Northwest Ohio before leaving to attend college at Bluffton University. He received a degree in business administration while concentrating on management and marketing. While at Bluffton he also was a member of the varsity football team for 4 years. He moved back home after graduating and lives with his wife and 3 children.
Directly out of college he started out in industrial sales for a large national company in New Haven, Indiana. Steve made the transition to Tri-County after feeling the need to work in an area where people appreciate small town values and the principals he was raised with. Steve learned the construction trade from his father who has been a residential contractor for many years.
Since starting at Tri-County Steve has worn many hats. Performing tasks ranging from Marketing and Safety to Production and Sales. At the start of 2022, Steve purchased the company for the previous owner and is excited to continue the excellent service and quality our customers have come to expect.
