Christina Biscardi has over 12 years of experience in skincare, and before joining Russak Dermatology, she spent several years working with prestigious dermatologists in Miami. Her professional training and education consist of extensive certifications and courses in both medical and holistic skincare. Christina's expertise spans across a wide spectrum of dermatology procedures, including chemical peels, medical facials, acne treatments, radio frequency, body contouring, laser and light therapy. She is passionate about solving skincare concerns and specializes in personalized, results-driven treatments.

Gloria Mata is a licensed aesthetician and certified laser specialist. She joins Russak Dermatology after spending 4 years working for the top cosmetic dermatology practice in San Francisco. In addition to practicing as an aesthetician, she also worked directly with dermatologists to assist during medical and cosmetic procedures. Gloria enjoys working closely with her clients to create personalized treatment plans aimed to improve, repair, and maintain healthy glowing skin. She believes that beautiful skin is possible by combining in-office treatments with at-home regimens, that can fit every budget and lifestyle. She has worked with all different skin types and conditions and has a particular passion for skin rejuvenation, laser treatments, and chemical peels. Gloria is thrilled to be a part of the Russak+ team and offer clients best-in-class service and treatments! Her extensive knowledge in cosmetic aesthetics is rooted in years of experience assisting renowned dermatologists, gaining expertise in injectable aesthetics, facial contouring and laser treatments. Gloria is practiced at addressing and managing skin care concerns and achieving long-term goals with her patients. Her flourishing list of clientele is a testament to her skill set in performing detail-oriented, non-invasive aesthetic procedures, and achieving tangible results. Iris Looi is a board-certified dermatology physician assistant and member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She completed her undergraduate studies at Syracuse University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in biology. Iris worked in dermatology for three years before pursuing her studies as a physician assistant. She received her Master of Medical Science from Yale School of Medicine Physician Associate Program and was trained in the Yale-New Haven Health System, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center. Iris' clinical expertise extend to many aspects of General and Cosmetic Dermatology. She works alongside Dr. Russak seeing longtime patients of Dr. Russak's and her own patient base. Dr. Russak couldn't be more at ease with whom she is entrusting her valued patients. Before heading to PA school, Dr. Russak and Iris worked together for three years, first at Dr. Russak's previous office and then after opening her private practice. Iris describes their synergy; "We work well together because we are both very methodical. I can see Dr. Russak's train of thought in her treatment and we can communicate our reasoning behind our method well. We understand each other." In Iris's medical experience, she has treated thousands of patients, learned from the profession's top physicians, and trained in the YaleNew Haven Health System, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and New YorkPresbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center. Iris brings a passion for dermatology and patient care that no amount of training can instill. Dr. Julie Russak is a Board Certified Dermatologist, Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and founder of Russak Dermatology Clinic. Dr. Russak serves as Faculty at Mount Sinai Hospital, where she teaches Dermatology Residents and Medical Students. Russak Dermatology Clinic is a state of the art practice providing comprehensive medical and cosmetic dermatology. Under the direction of Dr. Julie Russak and her team of professionals, RDC places the utmost emphasis on providing clinically proven procedures, with a focus on education and prevention for overall wellness.

Stephanie Broderick is Russak+ Aesthetic Center's newest Medical Aesthetician and Laser Technician. Stephanie is a celebrity aesthetician, with experience in everything from medical aesthetics to holistic skincare, and she brings her unique hands-on skills and vast knowledge of skincare to RDC. Stephanie is a licensed medical aesthetician and certified laser technician. With close to 10 years of experience in medical spa settings, Stephanie is dedicated to helping patients with their skincare concerns and achieving their goals, marrying in-office procedures with at-home maintenance routines to ensure optimal results. She is well-versed in facial treatments, skin tightening, microneedling, laser treatments as well as holistic nutrition and professional skin care. Stephanie is always keeping up with the latest treatments and technologies available. She has a special passion for anti-aging and hormonal skin concerns, and maintains long term relationships with clients to ensure they achieve their goals by utilizing the latest technologies and skincare solutions offered at Russak Dermatology.
