Abigail C.H. Finch is an associate attorney in Swift Currie's Atlanta office. She focuses her practice on arson and fraud, automobile litigation, bad faith litigation, insurance coverage and premises liability cases.
Prior to joining Swift Currie, Abigail served in numerous internship and externship positions throughout law school, including a 1L internship at the Greene County District Attorney's office, a 2L externship with the Judiciary Non-Civil Committee at the Georgia House of Representatives and a 3L internship and post-grad position as a Law Clerk at a boutique real estate firm, working primarily in estate planning, contract drafting and property disputes.
In addition to her legal experience, Abigail previously worked with Extra Special People, Inc., where she led summer camps and theater classes for children and adults with disabilities. This experience allowed her to grow her perspective exponentially, understanding that every individual views the world through their own unique lens, thus enhancing her ability to understand, empathize and communicate effectively to accomplish common goals.
In her practice, Abigail values taking the time to humanize the legal field and create an environment in which clients feel comfortable and secure. She believes that trust and accessibility is key in transforming what may otherwise be a stressful or uncertain experience for her clients into a more comfortable one.
Abigail earned both her J.D. and her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia. While in law school, she served as an executive board member of the mock trial team.

Alexis M. Parker is an associate attorney in Swift Currie's Atlanta office. She focuses her practice on matters pertaining to arson and fraud, automobile litigation, bad faith litigation, commercial litigation, first-party property insurance coverage, premises liability and products liability disputes.
Prior to law school, Alexis interned with former General Counsel Brian Callanan of the U.S. Department of the Treasury and with the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of International Organization Affairs. She also served as an intern in the University of Georgia's Office of Government Relations Atlanta office.
While in law school, Alexis served as a member of the Moot Court Board and as the Senior Notes and Comments Editor for the Journal of Law and Policy. In addition, she served as a student-member of Wake Forest Law's Appellate Advocacy Clinic, where she had the opportunity to represent an incarcerated client on appeal to the Fourth Circuit from the district court's dismissal of civil rights claims brought under the Fourteenth Amendment and 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Alexis also competed on Wake Forest Law's ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition team in Spring 2023 and the National Moot Court Competition team in Fall 2023. She previously served as a Swift Currie summer associate in 2023.
Alexis's litigation experience has equipped her with the necessary tools to defend her clients in complex, high-stakes litigation matters. She prioritizes effective communication, strong case strategy, resourcefulness, meticulous advocacy and critical thinking skills.
Alexis earned her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. Alexis received her B.A. from the University of Georgia.

Mollie Beth Amick is an associate attorney with Swift Currie's coverage and commercial litigation group. Specifically, her practice focuses on automobile litigation, commercial litigation, insurance coverage and premises liability.
Prior to joining Swift Currie, Mollie Beth practiced at a boutique firm in St. Louis, Missouri that specialized in domestic litigation. She counseled clients on various family law matters, working in high-stakes and emotionally charged cases where she learned the importance of building strong client relationships to fully understand each client's interests and priorities.
In her practice, Mollie Beth prioritizes active listening with her clients to discern their needs and contextualize those needs alongside the legal implications of each case. As she guides clients through the litigation process, Mollie Beth recognizes the importance of thoughtful analysis and frequent communication for finding a swift resolution of matters.

Robert "Rob" J. Kozloski, III, is an associate attorney in Swift Currie's Atlanta office. With a wealth of experience as a trial lawyer, he focuses his practice on defending small and large businesses in appellate, arson and fraud, bad faith litigation, commercial litigation, construction law, insurance coverage and trucking litigation cases.
Prior to joining Swift Currie, Rob exclusively practiced commercial litigation, giving him an intimate understanding of the practice area and what it takes to achieve excellent results. He has successfully conducted numerous jury trials and bench trials in both state and federal court as well as numerous arbitrations.
In his practice, Rob believes that each case presents its own challenges and has found that being able to understand the best outcome for his clients is always his ultimate goal. With a profound dedication to his clients' success, Rob zealously works to find the most valuable solutions for complex disputes.

Shepherd W. Bridges is an associate attorney practicing in Swift Currie's workers' compensation section, defending employers and insurers in workers' compensation claims throughout Georgia.
Prior to joining Swift Currie, Shepherd served in internship positions with both the U.S. Senate and the State of Georgia Ocmulgee Circuit District Attorney's office.
In his practice, Shepherd prides himself on being meticulous in his pursuit of answers and optimal outcomes. He prioritizes purposeful and calculated diligence in all of his cases.

Vera J. Starks is a senior attorney in Swift Currie's Atlanta office. She focuses her practice on defending insurance companies and their insureds in cases pertaining to arson and fraud, automobile litigation, bad faith litigation, commercial litigation, insurance coverage and premises liability.
As a former Magistrate Judge, Vera has practiced on both sides in front of the bench, as well as behind it. A well-rounded career has allowed Vera to have a unique view of legal issues and creative solutions for challenges. Vera enjoys solving complex problems and bringing resolution to challenging situations. She has counseled clients through difficult situations. In her practice, Vera strives to have a calming effect on clients and a disarming demeanor. She has an ability to understand the needs of her clients and to analyze problems to produce optimal outcomes while still possessing the ability to be agile and pivot when necessary.
Vera thrives in an environment where she can improve processes and organizational practices, mitigate losses for clients, improve litigation strategies and foster growth and opportunities for success for team members.
