Me Santillo has a highly diverse group of clients in various economic sectors, representing vendors, purchasers, borrowers and lenders. As such, he represents Canadian businesses and their principals, as well as clients from all over the world.
Since 2006, Me Dupont has directed his practice towards advising clients in the resolution of disputes arising out of various contractual arrangements, labor relations or shareholders agreements as well as disputes arising out of many different types of commercial agreements such as distribution contracts, commercial leases, and service and supply agreements. Over the years, Me Dupont has also acquired experience in the resolution of disputes involving fruits and vegetables.
Me Dupont represents his clients, both corporate and individuals, in all aspects of their case, in order to further their economic interests and protect their rights. Me Dupont has acquired solid experience in the issuance of seizures before judgment, safeguard orders, injunctions and other extraordinary recourses.
Me Pinsky's practice focuses on corporate & commercial law, offering clients extensive knowledge and experience in all forms of business transactions including corporate reorganizations, licensing, shareholders and partnership agreements, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions and leasing agreements.

Having joined Segal Santillo after completing his internship there, Me Le primarily practices in the fields of civil and commercial litigation. Having been involved with the Legal Information Clinic at McGill during his studies, Me Le understands the importance of cultivating client relationships and is committed to finding practical solutions to their legal needs.
Me Chronopoulos began his legal career in the public sector as a compliance officer for Corporations Canada in Ottawa, reviewing plans of arrangement and drafting government policies, before moving to the private sector in his home town of Montreal.
Over the years, Me Chronopoulos has acquired significant experience as a litigator in a wide range of legal matters. Today, he focuses his practice in the areas of real estate and commercial leasing, construction law, employment law, as well as bankruptcy and insolvency law.

With over 45 years of experience, Me Segal has distinguished himself as one of the leading attorneys in the Greater Montreal in civil and commercial litigation, acquiring vast experience in real estate, construction, insurance and bankruptcy matters.
Throughout the years, Me Segal has had a varied and diverse litigation practice and has pleaded before most court and administrative tribunals. He has also acted as arbitrator in several instances concerning professional fees, insurance claims and estates matters.
Me Segal has also sat on boards and executive committees, including the presidency of several schools and charitable organizations.
Peggy Ross Bybelezer began her practice in corporate and commercial law and securities law, and has acquired a proficiency in the drafting of a broad range of legal documents, including contracts and commercial leases.
In addition, she has spent almost 30 years developing her expertise in legal research, covering a vast array of topics in the areas of civil and commercial law, employment law, bankruptcy, successions, insurance and real estate law.
