As Studio HIVE's Managing Director, Jason leads the company as an innovator in property development.
Jason has been a Governor of The Downs School, Wraxall, a leading independent prep school, for over 10 years and has supported the school in many initiatives.

Kyle's key focus is providing support on the commercial and financial aspects of the business. Currently he is working on various aspects of our Dean Street scheme as well as supporting the wider team with appraisals of other potential future projects.
With over 30 years of experience in property development and construction, Mark leads on all financial and commercial matters and provides the financial assessments of the Studio HIVE development projects, working closely with Jason to drive the company in meeting its aspirations.
Natalie is the heartbeat of Studio HIVE and ensures the smooth running of the company enabling the development team to focus on key project activities. Her responsibilities include finance, HR and office office management support.

Peter manages Studio HIVE developments from concept design through planning as well as detail design through to delivery and handover. His background in contracting helps ensure all of our projects are delivered to meet or exceed the client's expectations for quality, program and cost.
