MEDIATION

Our practice is focused on alternative dispute resolution pertaining to family law in the Greater Los Angeles area. We use mediation to find meaningful solutions to the challenges of divorce, domestic partnerships, custody, support, pre-marital agreements, and all family law matters... Mediation offers an opportunity for the parties to come together in a flexible and confidential space. It provides an opportunity to negotiate the challenging issues and reach an equitable agreement. After a settlement is reached, both parties can move forward without the battlefield of bickering and bad mouthing.
