SERVICE

Service, Inc. of Illinois was founded in 1989 by a group of over 30 health care, social service, and advocacy agencies, led by Richard W. Bell, to provide independent service coordination to people of all ages with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. We started out serving residents of Will, Grundy, and Kankakee Counties from a small office in Joliet, IL... For over 30 years, we have provided services to individuals with developmental delays and disabilities.
