We have a great health care system here in Pueblo and Southern Colorado. We need to keep every dollar coming back for our services, rather than losing money to bureaucracy. When clinics/offices pay a penalty, our whole industry is affected. If over 80% of healthcare in this area is indigent care, then we need to try and capture every dollar we can for our local industry.
