After working across multiple roles within an agency, Charlotte is passionate about candidate and client experiences. Developing meaningful and long lasting relationships is her primary goal.
Outside of the office, Charlotte is either with her cats or out dancing!

Ellie joined Culture's Sales & Commercial division in March 2022 after 4 years' successful experience within sales and customer services. After spending time within the industry, she has a keen eye for spotting great sales talent, and knows exactly what it takes to build a successful sales team. She is passionate about developing meaningful candidate and client relationships, and always delivering best in class customer service.
When she's not finding superstar candidates, Ellie loves nothing more than going to the gym, spending time with friends bottomless brunching and feeding her love of clothes through endless shopping!

At Culture, Leanne specialises in sales and commercial positions across the UK. She has experience recruiting across IT, FMCG, Manufacturing and Engineering from Business development to leadership roles.
Away from work, Leanne is a social person who enjoys nights out with friends and family, and is also the proud owner of one goldfish! A little known fact about Leanne is that she kept the traffic wardens of Birmingham City Centre gainfully employed for 12 months with a record list of parking tickets!
Nicola has over 10 years experience in HR Management and Talent Acquisition in private and public sector organisations, and over 8 years working in Recruitment Consultancy and Executive Search.
Having worked on client side for many years, Nicola truly understand what a great service looks like, and is passionate about providing a first class candidate experience. She believes in building long term business relationships based on trust.
Nicola joined Culture to help drive forward the growth of Culture HR, having run her own HR Search Business for the last 4 years. Culture have the same strong values that Nicola holds, and are passionate about the candidate experience as well as the client experience, which many recruiters seem to miss.

Sarah joined Culture in 2021 having worked in recruitment for over 8 years within IT. She joined the Sales and Commercial Team and enjoys the buzz of finding the best candidates in the market for her clients.

Suzanne joined the Culture team in January 2018, and chose to make the move from Recruitment Ops to Recruitment. In her Ops roles Suzanne worked for two of the best known names in marketing recruitment, so it was a no-brainer for her to move to Culture and step up her career with the next big name.
As the company's Marketing specialist, Suzanne focuses on finding the right fit for the right roles each and every time, and loves that fact that she does this on behalf of a brand she can embrace and believe in.
When she isn't revolutionising marketing recruitment, Suzanne is a qualified dance teacher and has been dancing since the age of 7. She balances this with being a mummy to two little boys, life is certainly never dull!
