Danielle Head - CEO

Danielle is responsible for driving the strategy and growth of WNSA's on-shore claims management business. She has nearly a decade of experience in this sector. Prior to heading WNS Assistance, she has served as its Head of Finance for all key finance functions including financial planning and analysis, as well as strategic business development. Prior to WNSA, Danielle has worked with PwC. She is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

Emma Driver

Emma joined WNSA during 2016 and covers all areas of HR, including training and development, performance management, HR policy and enforcement across all WNS Assistance operations.

Graham Hunt

Graham takes management responsibility for our teams delivering FNOL, Policy Servicing, AD Claims including Repair Management/Total Loss, and Engineering. He also focuses on servicing and growing our existing key client accounts. He has over 20 years of industry experience, with his most resent position being Head of Operations, where he was an integral part of the relationship between Aviva and WNS delivering business strategy, change & transformation.

Ian Lomax - Chief Legal Officer

Ian joined WNS Legal Assistance in 2016 as RTA Litigation Manager, before progressing into his current role as Head of Legal. Ian is a qualified Solicitor who has 9 years' experience acting on behalf of Claimants, specialising in fraud and technical issues. Ian is also responsible for compliance as the COLP and COFA of the firm.

Mark Turner - Chief Commercial Officer

Mark Turner joined the original Town & Country Assistance business in 1997, acquired by WNSA in 2003. Following a number of operational, account management and new business roles, Mark is now responsible for commercial strategy incorporating sales, marketing, account management and product development.
