John has many years of experience in leadership positions in the telecommunications sector. Beginning his career in sales positions with major players in the field, he then progressed rapidly to Head of Sales and Director of Sales roles at Caudwell Group (Phones 4U), Bulldog Communications and Carphone Warehouse.
In the last ten years, he has led sales functions at Chess Partner as the operating Managing Director, offering award-winning service, commissions and mobile products to the likes of O2, EE and Vodafone.
Throughout his career, he has showcased exceptional skills within client account management, supplier relationships and large-scale team leadership. Within this, he has embedded commercial vision and goals from the ground up, leading business development strategy across hundreds of employees. As a member of the Board for many years, he has worked with some of the industry's leading minds in the formation of successful growth strategy, succeeding in a 300% EBITDA market growth with Chess Partner in just three years.
