Andrew is a professional electronic engineer with wide-ranging experience of the renewable, marine/nuclear and power industries.
Comfortable leading projects, Andrew can happily manage teams to deliver results. Andrew was the Electrical Engineering lead on a 330MW solar farm in Vietnam and also led the Electrical Engineering management on Solar and Battery Storage projects in the UK for Our Footprints.

- Senior Advisory Manager
Ari is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in renewable energy projects including technical due diligence for banks and investors, equipment procurement and energy resource assessment.
Ari has led the development of an Advisory Services Team in the UK which included an expansion into new markets including Poland and South Africa. Ari is Our Footprints Due Diligence specialist and is leading the team on a range of projects across on-shore wind, offshore-wind, solar and BESS.
Bruce has experience across the full project life-cycle, including Due Diligence and contract negotiation.
Bruce was responsible for the development and management of Wind Prospect's construction and operations capability which contributed to the construction of over 100 wind farm projects, sited in the UK, Ireland, France, Turkey, North America, South Africa and the Philippines totalling over 1.2GW of capacity.
Most recently Bruce has been supporting a major wind farm in Kazakhstan on behalf of Our Footprints.
Cassie has a background in Administration and Marketing, and a strong interest in Renewable energy.
She is responsible for the day to day support of the business making travel and visa arrangements, and supports the business with marketing, finance and administration tasks.
Chris is a capable Electrical Engineer with over 16 years' experience in a diverse range of electrical engineering applications.
Chris is experienced in the design, management, installation and commissioning of EHV, HV & LV electrical systems, within the renewables, pharmaceutical, water, petrochemical, and power distribution industries.
Chris has worked on over 21 renewable energy projects and has worked on wind, solar and hydro projects in The Philippines for Our Footprints.

Erin is a Chartered Engineer with experience in the design, project management and commissioning of renewable power generation and electrical distribution networks.
Erin has over seven years' experience working on global projects, including leading the development of over 200MW of ground-mounted solar parks across Europe and South America, as well as the design and project management of a large volume of grid connected renewable energy schemes in the UK including generation and demand connections for Independent Connections Providers and balance of plant on several wind farms. Erin has a First-Class Honours degree in Sustainable Energy Engineering and uses his spare time as chairperson for a volunteer led community energy organisation.

Helene is a creative individual with a MEng degree from the University of Oxford and a PhD in Composite Design and Manufacture from the University of Bristol's Department of Aerospace Engineering.
Driven by a passion for sustainability and its application to technology and product design, she has acquired diverse experience in materials science, software engineering and operations. We are delighted to welcome Helene to the Our Footprints' team.

- Senior Project Manager
Jamie is a civil, mechanical and renewable energy engineer with over 30 years' experience in renewables. Jamie is currently responsible for the management of wind projects with a capacity of 200MW. He recently completed - in the role of Project Director - three solar PV plants in Vietnam with a combined capacity of 330MWp.
In his time in the renewable energy sector, Jamie has managed the procurement, design and construction of over 40 renewable energy projects, including onshore and offshore wind, solar, hydro and hybrid energy schemes. In addition to managing the construction process, as Owner's Engineer and Principal Designer, Jamie has acted as Bank's Engineer on a number of large renewable energy schemes, and advised clients on the technical aspects of renewable energy projects. He is a Chartered Engineer and holds the CREST Renewable Energy Technologies MSc.
John has over 35 years' experience in Engineering and Project Management. John is a Member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers and has spent the last 18 years working in Construction Project Management for the renewables industry.
John has worked on high profile projects such as the 48 turbine Fallago Rig in the Scottish Borders which included the first 400kV grid connection. John has provided project management services to a major wind farm in Kazakhstan and is currently working on a new wind farm in Scotland for Our Footprints.

Joseph has over thirteen years' experience working in the renewable energy field on projects in the United Kingdom, Armenia, Romania, Sweden, Latvia, and many countries within Sub-Saharan Africa including Kenya, Ghana, Zambia, and South Africa.
Whilst initially developing wind projects in Scotland, Joseph was seconded to Cape Town to help setup a local subsidiary providing technical advisory services to local and international developers and investors entering the nascent renewable energy market in Southern Africa. This involved project managing site feasibility studies, energy resource campaigns, electrical and civils investigations and technical design of over 10,000 MW of renewable energy projects.
Joseph brings a wealth of market and industry knowledge to Our Footprints and will be leading our Business Development initiatives.

- Translator & Business Support, Vietnam
Kelly is an experienced translator, familiar with working in engineering, construction and business environments.
Kelly is capable of live translation as well as translating texts into English and Chinese and provided extensive support to a 330MW solar project in Vietnam. Kelly is also an experienced office administrator, having worked in the international sales department of a textile company.
Kelly is currently based in Vietnam, providing assistance to projects across the region.
Maru is experienced in the Renewable Energy and Civil Construction industries and is used to leading large-scale projects.
Maru has led commercial negotiations, as well as reviewing and recommending quality management control procedures and processes to ensure projects are constructed to local/international specifications. Confident with direct management of large teams as well as all sub-contractors, he has also lead Health and Safety initiatives to improve culture and standards.

Mike specialises in Project Management and Health and Safety. Mike is a Chartered Engineer a member of ICE (Institution of Civil Engineers), and a Registered Member of the Association for Project Safety and Principal Designer accredited.
Mike has managed the delivery of over 15 renewable energy projects - including on- and offshore-wind, solar, and battery storage - and his experience enables him to turn his hand to any project role. Recently Mike was H&S /QC lead for a 330MW solar farm in Vietnam, and is currently leading on the construction of a 62MW wind farm in Scotland, and the Civil Engineering lead on the pre-construction phase of a 85.5MW wind farm also in Scotland.

Peter is an experienced Construction Project Manager with considerable leadership skills.
With international experience, from Burkina Faso to Papa New Guinea, Haiti and Costa Rica, Peter has outstanding communication skills and can easily motivate and manage a multi-disciplined team.
Peter enjoys experiencing new cultures and provided QA support to a 330MW solar project in Vietnam for Our Footprints.
